I am very happy to edit my review after the outstanding customer service I have received since raising some issues in my previous negative review. They identified my concerns immediately and made the necessary improvements. The app is incredibly easy to set up, and has an ios/android app which is a great bonus for me persoanlaly as I cant always be at my desk. I can happily recomend Willdesk to any businesses big or small!

Fast help with my questions! Willdesk looks good so far. Looking forward for the integration of whatsapp messagen in that inbox! When this feature arrives you nailed it :)

Support is great!!. The app needs a little more work on the integrations but I'm sure they will get there soon.

Falls short to deliver. customer service trying to help but doesn't. wasted 6 days for an app that doesn't deliver to my needs with too much mixed information on the support end.

Easy to set up app, with all the functionallity you need. good pricing and awesome support, that is quick to help.

I can see no reason to get this app when the Shopify app, Inbox is free. Inbox automatically emails the customer when the customer is offline. Willdesk would not connect to my Outlook and after many instances on chat support, I discovered the free app by Shopify, which seems to do a lot more with fewer hassles. The customer service for Willdesk is fast, but they couldn't work out the email issue. Shopify's Inbox does it automatically.

This is a fantastic app with excellent service. On this occasion, they assisted me with a rather personal matter, and they did so without a hint of annoyance, looking after me right until the end. Awesome App! Mia was really quick and helpful when I needed a question answered. The only thing I would love added on this app is the see what the customers are opening up while on chat. That way I can help navigate customers to a purchase.
