She also is really helpful and provides extra guide to changing my avatar and setup FAQ in Willdesk. And it is easy to do with Willdesk. We used the App for some time and had a very good experience. It's not a gigantic suite, rather an App focused on doing what it is designed for. Developers are keen to hear you and add features that make sense. Customer support is great. Overall a fantastic App worth trying. We uninstall due to different reasons, but will certainly consider re-installing in future.

Great app and customer service ! It helps a lot to be able to integrate multiple stores, it just lacks the integration of email from other services than GMAIL or Zoho!

We're so glad to have found this app. It has all features essential for a chat/help widget. The dashboard is easy to use, set up was fast, and the widget can be neatly positioned on desktop or mobile so that it doesn't interfere with the design. Customer support has been very responsive to any questions we had. Looking forward to the upcoming IG integration! Still working great 2 months into use.
