SAVED OUR LIFE! We have a 3 tier pricing business: Distribution, Wholesale, and Retail. This has been quite the challenge when working on a Shopify store and myself not being an engineer. We were using some other apps before, and all of a sudden, without any notice, the checkout process with that app stopped working. This was in the middle of our "Prime Day" sales, so it was a HUGE blow and very time sensitive. The other app's support was slow to respond, and never actually found the problem. I jumped ship and did trial and error with a few apps that day to find a fix to get it up and running again. Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B was the winner. Number 1: quick start up time. They didnt require 1-3 business days to install. Number 2: They had live chat support with REAL, knowledgeable, HELPFUL people. And the support response time was always within an hour or so. Number 3: I have been able to have a video call with someone, and now just a phone call with someone about a glitch. The support is unmatched, the UX UI of the app itself is very straightforward (again, not an engineer here), and it has so many robust functions, many of which we don't even use, but I can see their use case for other business models. If you are a B2B/B2C business, and don't want to be on Shopify Plus, THIS is the only app to consider. - Becca Hislop, Marketing Director.

Our experience with the Wholesale APP has been amazing. Mehak from the support team has been shadowing us in the learning process and provided third party integration with other APP. We were helped by Abhinav from the developer team a couple of times as well with certain features. This APP is fantastic with your support team and developer team!

Simple and fast app. Happy with performance. Support were able to help with some small theme changes which is much appreciated. Overall, this is more powerful than Shopify Plus' Wholesale channel.

UPDATE: They worked with me to help fix my theme. I am grateful that they changed the code back so my customers could check out. I am pretty sure when I uninstalled this program, it broke the theme for my store. Super fun times, my customers haven't been able to check out normally.

Easy to use and works the way I need it to. I have had a few issues with a conflicting plug in, but have been helped with a workaround every time this happens (happens mostly when we do a theme update!)

Wonderful customer service and fantastic app. If you are looking for the best B2B or B2C app, this is it!! Highly recommend.

The app works and looks fantastic. The Wholesale Helper team has been nothing but accommodating, especially when it came to re-integrating the wholesale section upon a second theme update. Our business is heavily dependent on wholesale, I feel comfortable knowing that I can rely on their customer service.

Initially had struggles with setting up the app but received a 1/1 call with screen share tutorial to fix everything. Step by step guide through helped a lot, thank you. This app now fulfills all of our requirements and is a great addition for any wholesalers.

This is the only wholesale app we've used but we chose it because it if full-featured and Wholesale Helper also offer related apps that work together with this one including Wholesale Order Form & ReOrder and AReceivables. Their customer service team is very responsive and helpful.

We have been so impressed with this app and the team that supports it. After looking at a number of Wholesale apps, this one was the clear winner with a robust feature set, slick UI (both customer facing and admin), plenty of customization options to align the look/feel with our brand, and fair pricing. We have also required some very specific customizations for our business and they have done the work for us quickly, accurately, and at a very reasonable hourly rate. Wish all Shopify apps were this good!

Nothing works properly, i've come across so many problems that i had to pay a whole months for nothing since my free try expired before i could finish setting it up. The support are quick to respond, but give no helpful answers. I had to get it to work with my website team or by myself. The app can be in only one language, it's not compatible with shopify market (whatever that is). I have a simple B2C and B2B store... Really bad experience.

HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL, TERRIFIC FEATURE SET, NO BLOAT PLATFORM I've searched a TON for the best wholesale tool and I truly believe this is not only the best built app for a store trying to have a B2B/Wholesale section, but that its unbelievably fairly priced considering its deep functionality. Noteworthy: Their customer service is UNBELIEVABLE! They always respond right away with the internal chat tool from your shopify admin site and you're not just getting a person who can barely help you. Instead, you're getting someone EXTREMELY tech savvy and deeply versed in the tool and features itself. They quickly get a real answer to you and anything you need done including customizations that you often get for free and without questioning you. I've been working with Shanna and she is INCREDIBLE! Never in my life have I seen such great service, especially from a developer firm.

Great Customer Service, excellently priced app offering robust features with very intuitive UI. Fantastic on it's own and even better with Wholesale Lock Manager. Any problems resolved with Customer Support very quickly, highly recommended!

Seriously, best costumer service ever! I am very glad to have installed this app to my Shopify account.

VERY BAD assistance in relation to the exorbitant cost they charge. They usually respond after one day to our requests so it is VERY DIFFICULT to solve problems because of the long lead time. They DO NOT OFFER unlimited stock so our wholesalers could not place orders. This is a ridiculous limit. We removed the application and for a whole day WE HAD HUGE HUGE PROBLEMS with our website, the PRICES in each product tab were HIDDEN for all our customers !!!!! Luckily we downloaded another application which solved the problem for us. We're sorry but we do not recommend this app. They still have to train themselves before selling themselves as an application on such a renamed site as SHOPIFY
