Years ago we sought out a Wholesale Pricing app and tried a bunch, but this one met our needs of individual product pricing and the monthly fee was very reasonable compared to the rest. We have a very large catalog of products >10,000 and Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B enables us to offer a complex wholesale pricing feature to our customers. The support is always top notch and we couldn't be happier to continue to use this app as we have done for the last few years.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Wholesale Helper on the Shopify App Store. Working with Wholesale Helper has been a positive and seamless experience for me. The application's user-friendly interface and robust features have significantly improved my workflow.

Während des Check out, wird dem Grundner ein viel günstigere Preis angegeben, als eingestellt. Ich habe damit bereits Verluste bei Bestellungen erhalten. Der Support konnte das Problem nicht lösen, und es ist offensichtlich auch keine hohe Priorität dort. Daher von mir einen Stern. Ich hatte dem Support lange genug Informationen zukommen lassen und Zeit gegeben.

We're really enjoying the wholesale discount app, it's completely change our entire operation, providing us with more freedom and less admin to concentrate on other things within the business. It can be a little tricky to navigate to begin with, and there are particular nuances needed to be learn along the way but the customer service is EXCELLENT, making the experience a very positive one. Recommend!

This team is beyond amazing! Had some very specific requests in terms of integrating their app into my store and they were able to accommodate expertly!

This app is brilliant and so are the support team! Especially Daniel who has helped me massively.

The support team fixed my issue after a week of back and forth. The owner called and explained the issue and solved it within the day. Satisfactory service but I wish the support team wouldn't have kept closing my case. Other than that, the app does what it's supposed to and has been good to me. A little slow, but wholesalers can deal with it.

Vents.com — This company is the real deal. They provided great customer service with some of my initial questions. 20 minute on boarding demo, and already made two customizations, so that when someone is logged in it hides the create account, and if they are logged out, it shows the create account. As well as they added a logout feature on our navigation that shows if logged in and hides if logged out. The app is full of wholesale related pricing features for basically anything that you can think of. I really like the variant price control and pricing groups.

As usual, their customer service is great. Need a 'clear all' option in the Wholesale Cart and they delivered!

The team helped me to get up and running. They were quick and helpful. I haven’t started actually using the product yet, but so far, I am very happy with the support and how I anticipate the product to work.

Good and responsive service - fixed a bug for us quickly!

I had a great experience with the implementation team Tejas Lakhalani, Deepesh Melath, Parth Lakhani. They did a fast job and really great work overall. Fast replies and delivered the solution with a video tutorial on how to use the new functions once implemented. They backed up my theme in case something did not work properly and I also had a request on the net terms to be changed to the language of the store Swedish. The app was recommended from my Shopify contact person along with a few others and makes just what I wanted, distinguish B2B and Retail price, easy to use and to set up discount and rebate groups to different type of business partners. Great with the net terms to let your customer buy with 15 or 30 days terms. Saved me a lot of time! Highly recommend app and fantastic implementation from the team at Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B.

During our work on building our b2b shop, we encountered some difficulties in implementing our rather complex scenarios; there are still limitations in our requirements. However, I would like to mention and sincerely thank the technical support - they are absolutely amazing! The guys were so quick to respond, help, patiently explain and very quickly complete the customisations we needed. I've been working with Mehak most of the time and she is the best! Thanks to them we are now the closest to the maximum result we want! This is the best solution in terms of price, quality and functionality.

An excellent app. I had been looking for a REAL wholesale app for some time - many disappointed. Not this one. I had a small problem with the shipping module of the wholesale portion and the tech team fixed it within a few hours at no additional charge. Very good customer service. : )
