This app is great, it allows us to offer the same complex pricing we offer our customers in our offline wholesale business! We ran into a few different issues when we installed the app due to some other applications we tried before we found this one, but the team at Wholesale Helper made sure that we were up and running! Their team was very helpful and responsive. I also really appreciated the videos they send on our live site to show the features and confirm that things are working properly.

This app has worked extremely well for us. It allows us to have 14 different wholesale tiers, work with net order customers, and the support has been absolutely incredible. Response is typically quick and Tejas and Mohit go the extra to make sure any issues are resolved in an acceptable timeframe to help have minimal impact to the business.

This app has been very helpful for me and my business. The support has been fantastic and thorough, with phone calls and very quick tech support. Very happy.

This app is going to be great for me, does everything it says it does with ease and the support is great. My business is 90% wholesale and i'm looking forward to seeing how it goes with new customers from an upcoming trade show. I'd love to add volume discount as well just weighing up the extra $$$

This app was relatively easy to install, and Tejas was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist in setting my store up with this app. I recommend!

I was looking at a number of apps to help with our wholesale pricing and Wholesale Pricing Discount was the only one that could accomplish everything we needed. Generally speaking we are much more of a wholesale company than an E-commerce., though we incorporate both. So wholesale functioning and looking perfect was of great interest to us. To find a app that worked fluidly throughout the site and did everything we wanted led us to Wholesale Pricing Discount. We did pay for some additional coding but it was well worth it, done quickly, done well and they even billed us less hours than their estimate. Which I believe is a testament to their honesty. Very happy, the site looks great and functions well now and I believe all of our customers will be happy with it!

this app was the only app that worked with ByteStand Shipping and FBA settings for wholesale accounts. This saved me such a headache! Highly Recommend

Wholesale Pricing Discount works perfect for our needs. All of our wholesale customers have their own special pricing tiers, as well as specific product and variant pricing for each customer. This app makes accomplishing that simple and very intuitive. And, the support staff are right there to answer any and all questions, sometimes within the hour! This app is definitely a must-have if you have multiple wholesale customers that all need their own special pricing.

I cannot recommend this this app enough. I recently had issues with my web developer who built and ran a private site on my behalf and was looking for an alternative. I was shocked to to see how much shopify charge for their wholesale platform ($2,500 pm). After spending a long time searching and finding that next to no other platforms offer wholesale solutions i discovered shopify and this app. i had tried other apps but they were buggy and next to no help. I've had this app since December 18 and waited until now to review as to make sure i didn't make a song and dance about the app and they have a load of issues. To begin with it was quite buggy (App was extremely new)... BUT! the support team and communication is second to none. We worked together in order for them to find solutions of which they did swiftly. Not only that, suggestions i made to help improve their app and gain a desired effect for my customers (and other app users) were taken seriously and implemented. I can truly say that this app strides to improve your experience and your customers. I recommend and use the $39.99 package. I don't use everything that's given within it but there are some great features that it offers and i heavily use. To top it all off, i was having some issues with my shop which were completely separate to the app. I asked if they could help and they were kind enough to carry out the work for a nominal fee which made my shop display and work to the exact standard desired. The trust created with this team is truly immense. Whilst sorting out some of the bugs, we even skyped to better communicate and help identify the underline issues which sped up the resolution of any issues. In Summary, truly a wholesale app that caters for everything! and if it doesn't ASK! if they feel it will improve their app for you and other customers they will implement it. Also other help outside the app could be available for a small fee. Since going live there has been ZERO issues with the functionality of the app and given me complete peace of mind. I am truly a sceptic at heart which is why I've waited so long to review but i cannot fault this app or team behind it at all. I hope this helps others like me who were unsure of which app to use and value for money. If i could give 10/5 i would.
