Kudos to the team at WPD, they are so easy to work with! We're using the Wholesale Pricing Discount basic plan and so far, so good. It does exactly what we want it to do. They set everything up for us to get started and their FAQ information is straight forward and easy to follow. We did get charged a small fee for having some complex areas on our website, but the ease and convenience of just having the program work was well worth the money. We researched a lot of apps and read a lot of other reviews before choosing this one and so far we're very pleased. Thank you, WPD team! Keep up the good work and great service.

We use this app to keep track of multiple pricing tiers for all our different products. The app allows us to have individual pricing for all our products, which is great. Support has also been quick, responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend this app to anyone needing to offer different pricing on their website.

We are using 3 of their products in combination and it's working well so far. They have fixed some small issues with getting it tweaked to my desire, and were done super fast and efficiently. Time will tell, but so far, 2 thumbs up!

I haven't used the app yet but honestly, I'm already blown away by the technical help and customer service. The tech team and beyond have made life so much easier by setting up the app for you and checking to make sure it won't interfere with other apps you may have installed. They even helped me brainstorm a fix when the Wholesale Pricing Discount app did interfere with an app, which means I still get to use it and felt incredibly supported every step of the way. I can't wait to get started using it for wholesale customers!

The team is easy to communicate with, gets back to you promptly, phone and email included. The apps (they have a few that work together-so awesome!) are easy to use. This app is working great for us and the support is amazing, the most responsive for any app we use. We use this with their other 2 Wholesale apps (Lock Manager and Re-Order Form) and the complete package solution is absolutely amazing! This App is phenomenal, does everything I needed it to, which was to created tiered pricing for different levels of distributors our company had based on customer tags and show that tiered price in the checkout area and cart. We recently restructured how we set prices for our distributors, which made it impossible for us to use any app for our distributor pricing, so our online store is now just for our end users. That is the only reason we decided to remove the app, other than that the app is great and the support was the most responsive i've ever had from a shoppify app. 10/10 would recommend and if we ever need wholesale/specifically tiered pricing again, this is the app we will go with

If you're looking for an app to set up discounts for certain tagged users then this is the app that you want. Straight up, Amazing Product and Amazing Support Staff, these guys really know what they are doing with this app. If you have a question or problem they are always super helpful. The app works great and has some really cool features. All of the apps written by Seth and his team are top notch and worth every penny. They allow me to run a wholesale store basically on a non enterprise plan. I honestly can't say enough good things about this app install it today and you will be 100% happy I promise

This is the best customer discount app available. Seth and his team are so quick at resolving any little issue even when it is user problems. If you are wanting to explore "trade" discounting then give this app a go you won't be disappointed.
