I have been using the App for a year and have, overall, been very satisfied. The team is quite responsive and helpful when I have had issues. The new UI and features also make it much easier and clear to navigate. It has been a great way to enable wholesale ordering on our site. Before installing looked at several different options and have found this to be great for our needs. The price is also quite reasonable for features provided.

Super easy to set up and easy to use. Customer support is great with the fast response time. It works great for our store. Thumbs up.

We just started using it - but the support has been awesome. My biggest concern when adding apps to shopify stores is how reliable the support will be and these guys do not disappoint! We have a paid theme so a bit of coding needed to be done and they did it quickly and the pricing was very reasonable.

The file upload and tag system was super easy and our customers are enjoying how simple it is to use that we think they will order more than they originally intended to.

App is working well. Customer Service prompt and helpful to answer questions. Custom install for my theme was done quickly and in half the time quoted.

Seth responded within a few minutes. 10 minutes later I was screen sharing with Jawad to show him the problem. 10 minutes later he showed me how code from another app had interfered with our operations and how he fixed it. This is more than just a simple plugin, it is one of the best full-featured apps in the Shopify store. The team supporting the installation and configuration is very responsive and dedicated to making sure that everything runs smoothly. I had to have a few small but custom enhancements that were done quickly and effectively. I'm using 3 of their 6 apps (wholesale pricing discount, wholesale order form, wholesale lock manager) and all are seamless and immensely useful. I would like to see a version of the apps bundled together at a single price point vs individual line items that will be billed but individually each app is worth the cost. Highly Recommend.

If you are looking for custom pricing for your customers. This is the app. You can customize shipping prices for accounts, offer percentages off of products/collections, or even specific pricing for specific products. I've tried several other Shopify apps for custom pricing and none come close to the ease of use or quality. Amazing app and amazing support team behind it.

The app is robust and offer a great wholesale tools. The customer support is outstanding. When you first install, the theme code need to be changed and it took about a day for the app to be ready to try. We wanted a solution with customer signup and volume/tiered discounts which required upgrade, I wasn't sure how to go about it but it was all explained to me within minutes. I installed the lock manager as well so now I have a wholesale site within my main retail page. The customer service is super fast and knowledgable
