The setup of the Weglot is complicated when you already use various other apps that need to be translated. However the customer service is top notch and very responsive. Special thanks to Antoine who really exceeded my expectations in terms of timely resolution of complex issues. The quality of translation is quite good and requires significantly less manual translation compared to shopify free app.

L'abonnement ainsi que la résiliation de l'abonnement ne s'effectuant pas au sein de l'app dans Shopify, cela necessite une action complémentaire au sein du Dashboard Weglot. Vous avez normalement été notifié de cela. Je constate que vous aviez désinstallé l'application depuis quelques mois et dans la mesure ou vous n'avez pas utilisé Weglot depuis cette date, il est normal de ne pas payer pour le service. J'ai procédé remboursement de ces mois et une preuve vous a été partagée par email. Je reste à votre disposition pour tout renseignement complémentaire et vous souhaite une excellente journée. Terrible app. You manually translate content on their platform, but the changes never reflect in your store. Their support team constantly tries to shift the blame, claiming it's an issue with Shopify or other apps, but never their fault. Truly disappointing. Jeremie was incredibly helpful in walking me through the app setup process. He followed my emails patiently as I described the issues I was having, and then provided clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve it. Their knowledge of the app's features is really helpful, as he was able to suggest the right solutions. I also appreciated their resourcefulness in finding workarounds when I encountered a few minor blockages. Support helped me very good when we launched our new website / new version. We went live and they deleted all old content. So we could easily add all new translations. This way we could even downgrade our yearly plan. And cleaned the amount of translated words in weglot. Manon, was excellent in her communications. And very quick responses.

App was working well even though setup is not easy if you have a complicated local structure. Suddenly something broke in the DNS. Our site went down for over 48 hours and the Support Team were exceptionally poor. We have moved away from the app which was a great idea but expensive in the end and unreliable.
