auto increments translated words to make you reach the limit and to upgrade your free plan to non free (even when you delete the auto translations).. free plan is a fake, prefer to use of csv files for the shopify export if you don't want to lose time

Very useful and time-saving app. Easy integration and great customer support. They're super helpful and reactive. EN to FR translations are not 100% accurate, so you may still need to review and do some manual changes.

Very easy installation - great customer support This app allows you to start selling in different language in minutes. Some work has ot be done to improve the translations but for a starting point it is great.

Christophe really helped us implement the subdomains features which is awesome. Weglot really helps us to target multi languages without destroying the seo, and without causing redirection. Love it

This app can handle everything we need from it, Subdomain redirect, URL slugs, manual and automatic translation and the customer service is incredible.

Offering a bilingual site is a must if you live in Quebec. I only offered my website in english for a few years because translating everything seemed like a huge headache, until I heard about Weglot from a friend. Honestly so easy to use and couldn't do without.

Le staff et notamment Zoé a été très très réactive. Approche pédagogique, on vous explique comment faire et ça c'est excellent vraiment. C'est ça qui nous a convaincu, rapidité des réponses pour résoudre nos problèmes avec efficacité. Après, l'app a quand même des défauts qui mériteraient des améliorations pour que ce soit un incontournable : - le visual editor n'est pas fonctionnel selon le type de site (donc pour nous c'est pas la peine) - le glossary rules a une logique où il faut supprimer les traductions pour les rentrer dans un autre ordre afin que les traductions avec combinaisons de mots fonctionnent correctement. - le nombre de mots est trop restreint en fonction du tarif des offres Merci encore à Zoé pour son aide précieuse !

i used this app when i needed it.. it was bugging due to some other app at first but the team got it sorted for me real quick.. very helpful and nice

We tried to make Weglot work for about 6 months but new problems kept coming up... The biggest issue - we simply could not get product translations to work properly and consistently on the cart page and checkout page. Backend got super messy, because even though automatic translation was turned off (it had to be because the translations were always way off), it kept generating automatic translations in the back end and it was very hard to stay on top of it. Trouble with translating the log in/create account/etc customer section, got the following error from Shopify - "Parameter Missing or Invalid: Required parameter missing or invalid: customer" and those sections basically didn't work in the translated version of our site. We could not translate our shipping methods. Customer support tried their best, but too many issues with this app in the end.
