I use the app to add bulk discounts to my items, but sometimes the functionality breaks after an update. Usually I can fix any issues that crop up, but this time I couldn't locate the change. Contacted support and they fixed the issue after a day, creating a backup incase anything else messed up, which shopify itself doesn't seem to do properly. Pleased with the fix.

Great app. The support is very friendly and they reply quickly. Try it out you will like it. I switched themes recently and Needed them to install on new them. Fast reply and work was done quickly.

Email support is on form, messaged on a sunday afternoon and my solution was fixed around 15 minutes after. Can't complain at that!

I've been using the Volume & Tired Discount app for some time with great success. We recently updated our theme which messed things up with how it showed on the site. I contacted support and they had everything fixed right away. I haven't had that kind of support service from a developer in ages! Thanks to everyone at Hulk Apps support!

It is difficult to set for each product registration, so can't you automatically sync with a specific tag?

So far so good using Volume & Tiered Discounts, as well as their Infinite Product Options add-on. Support via email was amazing. For some fine-tuning to make sure both addons worked well together, I gave them access to my site and they were able to quickly edit & optimize the code.

I tried several volume discount apps, none of them had the functionality these guys offer. More importantly I ran into several issues due to a lack of experience on my part. The support I got was above and beyond anything I have experienced in a long time. If these guys ever decide to stop making apps - they should open a customer support school - several other companies I deal with could learn a lot from the people at Hulk Apps. I wish there was a way to give 6 stars.

Great App and superb support from the team! A small suggestion; show the discount box even when the tier-ed discount is activated. If the customer has a discount code that gives higher discount amount, use that or else keep the tier-ed discount. Nonetheless, this App works perfectly :)

This app made is so simple to add volume based discounts. Highly recommended to add this feature to your store.

I never leave reviews but for this app, it is well deserved! I had a couple of issues with integration at the beginning but it wasn't an issue for the support staff as the issue was sorted within the hour. I have tried many types of tiered pricing and discount apps but none of them has done what I want and I have paid for the most expensive and still hasn't done what I wanted. This app does everything I want and works for my customers, so if their happy I'm happy!

I use this app to allow me to discount products based on how many units a customer orders. The app works well and does just that. I am on the basic plan so the fact that I can get the features I need for Free is a great value. I use this app integrated with Hulk's Infinite Product Options to really customize my product page. Hulk's support team is very responsive and worked very hard to answer all of my questions and troubleshoot for me. I find them very helpful. I did notice a grammar error in how the discount is displayed at checkout, and I also did wish there was an option for me to customize the wording of the Discount Display Grid on the product page. But in general the app is going to work for my store and I am very happy with it.

This app does exactly what it promises to do and the support is amazing. I've had a few questions and only have the free version of the app and this team is nothing but on point and quick to respond to all my requests for help. Customer service is above and beyond what you find anywhere else on the Shopify app store and I would highly recommend the app for it's functionality and ease of use as well. Absolutely earns the 5 star review on all levels.

After I changed my theme the app stopped working so I send them an email asking for their help and within 3 minutes I got an answer saying they will help me out. 1 hour later they are in my Shopify store trying to fix the problem. They were working on the problem for a good 3-4 hours and they managed to fix it. Honestly till now I haven't had such great customer service and their APP is AMAZING. Works really well and it's very simple. Going with them you won't be disappointed!

The app is simple, easy to use, and free! What’s better was the customer service support! The background colour of the header of my discount table was not syncing properly with the app. Contacted customer support and the issue was resolved, Heena from Hulkapps fixed a coding issue between my website theme and the app. Grateful for the help, and highly recommend the app!

Good app! Tiered discounts important for a couple of our products. Very quick and effective support with front end issues I couldn't fix myself.

We had a couple minor issues with our template and the team at hulk was very responsive in helping us getting everything working properly. We have several hulk apps and they are really amazing to work with all around. I must also add that the issues we had were not from this app directly it was from our template and HULK did not have to help but they stepped up when the template company would not
