I use this app to allow me to discount products based on how many units a customer orders. The app works well and does just that. I am on the basic plan so the fact that I can get the features I need for Free is a great value. I use this app integrated with Hulk's Infinite Product Options to really customize my product page. Hulk's support team is very responsive and worked very hard to answer all of my questions and troubleshoot for me. I find them very helpful. I did notice a grammar error in how the discount is displayed at checkout, and I also did wish there was an option for me to customize the wording of the Discount Display Grid on the product page. But in general the app is going to work for my store and I am very happy with it.

After I changed my theme the app stopped working so I send them an email asking for their help and within 3 minutes I got an answer saying they will help me out. 1 hour later they are in my Shopify store trying to fix the problem. They were working on the problem for a good 3-4 hours and they managed to fix it. Honestly till now I haven't had such great customer service and their APP is AMAZING. Works really well and it's very simple. Going with them you won't be disappointed!

The app is simple, easy to use, and free! What’s better was the customer service support! The background colour of the header of my discount table was not syncing properly with the app. Contacted customer support and the issue was resolved, Heena from Hulkapps fixed a coding issue between my website theme and the app. Grateful for the help, and highly recommend the app!

Good app! Tiered discounts important for a couple of our products. Very quick and effective support with front end issues I couldn't fix myself.

We had a couple minor issues with our template and the team at hulk was very responsive in helping us getting everything working properly. We have several hulk apps and they are really amazing to work with all around. I must also add that the issues we had were not from this app directly it was from our template and HULK did not have to help but they stepped up when the template company would not

I used this app for multi purchases for my customer. Now they are buying more. Getting this app to work with my theme was a little challenging, but customer service was very helpful.

While something of a complicated installation (especially with theme modifications), the support team was highly responsive and quick to address and resolve initial configuration hurdles. Performance and effectiveness of the app notwithstanding, there's a solid developer presence behind it.

A really straightforward and easy app to use, with an excellent support team who are more than happy to help, even with the most basic of questions.

Took awhile, but customer service help with my issues. Now the app is working great and my customers are now buying more products with the multi discounts that I have created.

I include standard shipping in my product price. I'm using Volume & Tiered Discounts to give a shipping discount on multiples of the same product.

The app works really well and is easy to use. The technical support is extremely fast and professionnal, I recommand it.

This app really helps me to convert more sales and I love it. But, I would give it a full 5-star if it does not remove the discount box and made customers complained about it. EDIT: Customer service fixed the problem. Thank you for the great support :)

The App stopped working without any update. I tried reaching support but no response. Got stuck with a very important campaign that uses this App's functionality.

I used this app to help increase average conversions. It definetely did that. By using small discounts for bulk buys, a customer who would have previously bought 1 item now will likely buy 3 (as i give them a cheaper price) however i ensure that the discount i give still makes it VERY worthwhile for me, after the cost of goods sold. 5 Stars thanks!

Loving it, easy to set up, worked right away! After trying multiple other quantity discount apps I found this one to work the easiest and have the best results!

I am extremely satisfied with the product and the team behind it, is incredibly helpful. They solved my issue extremely fast. The tool itself is so useful that I highly recommend anyone to install it as soon as you get your shopify store started i.e. if you want to get more sales!
