I was actually doubting if I use it or not cause I saw some bad reviews but still tried it cause I felt the people writing these reviews didn't really get the point from having this App. I use the free pack and I'm ok with it, working well and helping me get more sales. Had some issues with the location where the discount were showing and the App team fixed it for me very fast and were very helpful. I recommend it, so give it a try.

Good apps to use. It's free and the support is awesome. Highly recommended. I use this apps in all my shopify store to increase my average order value.

Not sure why, but this app applied discounts to products unrelated to the ones I'd loaded, didn't apply discounts to the products it should. Reached out 3 times for tech support and got nothing! Recommend finding something else (I'll probably stay away from all hulk apps now)

The tiered pricing feature of this app is exactly what we needed. We went from managing three separate variants selling the same underlying product at three different effective prices (including manually managing the inventory levels) to a single item/variant with a three-tiered pricing model literally overnight. The settings and options were all very straight forward and intuitive. Best of all, this is all offered as part of the free version of the app. On top of that, when we experienced some minor formatting issues (discount table placement and size) while integrating this app with our theme that we couldn't resolve on our own, the HulkApps developers jumped right in and made the necessary changes. I read a few reviews indicating the support was slow or non-responsive, and that was not our experience at all. Keep in mind that developers may work in very different time zones than your store, so the responses may not be within the hour, so expectations need to be realistic. We went into it understanding that it may not be a 10 minute implementation to get this looking exactly how we wanted, so we planned for a changeover period. Bottom line, we installed the app and had the functionality we needed in less than 30 minutes. It took a few more days of small back and forth adjustments with the extremely helpful HulkApps team to get it visually integrated seamlessly with the theme. Definitely recommend the app and the developer.

The service with this app is excellent! The only thing that keeps me from giving the app a 5 is the discount does not show on the product page. Outside of that the app works great!

We used this app to apply bulk discounts to our orders. It was so easy to install and integrate into our store. There were a few areas which needed to be tweaked to our specifications, and the support team was amazing. They always responded quickly, and resolved issues quickly too. We had tried a different app before this one, and we had some issues that they weren't able to (or inclined to) resolve, so it was so great when the HulkApps team was so helpful and offered great support. Would definitely recommend this app.

Great app! Personally brought me in so many sales if you use it correctly. Easy to setup compared to other apps and the free version does what you need it to do! Really appreciate this app

We have reached out quite a few times to their support and each time it has been sub par. Many have not even addressed this issue. We consistently have orders that no discount is applied and we physically have to reach out to the buyer and issue a refund. This is time wasted on a task that should be easily incorporated. Also, having to reach out to the customer just isn't a professional way to handle our business!

Its a good app, help me drive extra sales. Only concern is the "number of cart item" feature doesn't work the way it should. So in all basic plan is better.

So far, so good. I'm on the free trial at the moment but good level of support during setup and very responsive. Would recommend.

Complete garbage. Do not pay for this app. Product is $20 each. Set it up to be $17 if they bought 2 or more. I go to my orders and see that it's letting people buy them for $9 each instead of $17 each. Had to fulfill the orders and lost a ton of money.

Either the page or the function can meet my needs, but it does not work at all! ! ! And I sent two emails to support team, but neither received any reply. I want to solve the problem and use it, but I'm disappointed

I was searching for some app that has Quantity breaks feature for my product but most of them were paid or didn't satisfy me with their functionality but then I found this one by HulkApps. It's a really cool app that has all options I need. Also, can't mention great technical support of this app! I needed to add additional line to my product page, I sent them request how can I do it and they provided me a solution within 12 hours! Recommend this great app!

I have installed this app to evaluate its usefullness and intially had alignment issues on my product pages which Sanjay at Hulkapps rectified very quickly (thanks Sanjay) and it now looks/works as advertised. *You may be asking why i only gave it 4 stars? if your website has a currency changer the prices on the Tiered discount box remain the same and do not change which is irritating me as it makes my product pages look alittle amateurish. Will i be keeping this app?...................because of the currency issue i'm not sure.
