App is good. Just wish it had more options for the free version, like styles and colors. Still don't know what are the options in the paid version. Very good customer service. They helped me getting the app working just like I wanted.

I had this app for less than a week. The servers have been down 3 times that I know of where the discounts were not showing. The last time it went down, It had disabled the checkout button so my customers could not order anything for hours resulting in loss income and sending them to my competitors. I do not recommend this app at all. I am so happy I did not send an email promoting the discounts this app does. That would have been a lot more angry customers that couldn't get the right pricing. I have enough of them right now that could not check out. If you install this app make sure you have a backup of your theme. You will need it when this app goes down.

This app has helped me convert in monumental ways. The congruency with my store is top notch. What I love the most about this app is the relentless passion the team demonstrates whenever I'm in a jam. They respond very swiftly and are never found lacking in communication till the issue is resolved. A great app from a wonderfully caring company!

Does not work. Asked for help from support. Support didn't help. Do not recommend. Support asked for permission to access my store to attempt to fix and ended up turning off my coupon I had set up in my discounts section and had advertised during Black Friday Cyber Monday. Cost me a lot of money on ad spend just to get a lot of abandoned carts because people were not getting the discount that was promised in my Facebook ads.

I initially installed for a Black Friday promotion needing a quick turnaround and their customer service was excellent. Very quick to respond an the tiered pricing worked perfectly.

I am using this app for a while, Its a nice application for quantity break pricing and the best part is they have incredible customer support who will help you many times for customization and coding without a single $. Thanks to the developer

The app didn´t work so I contacted them. Customer support responded and resolved the problem very quickly. Highly recommended!

Good app, even better support At first, it took some getting used to the app. Where is what? And does it actually work? Because I have to get it working, I approached Hulk support and I don't regret it for a second. Everything works now and I understand the settings and possibilities. You can easily make stack discounts and apply them to 1 product or to a collection or to all your products. Then you have quite a few possibilities to inform the customer about the discount. This strongly contributes to sales results. Tip: don't look for another app too quickly if it doesn't seem to work. Contact Hulk Support instead. You get a very good and effective discount app in return. In short; highly recommended!

I used this app to get a higher APV and it raised quickly! I like the app and love the customer service even better. Had some problems with the design and sent them a message, and shortly after they're designers had fixed my problem! :D recommended

I would like to say a big thank you for the excellent service of Volume & tiered discount. They answered me very quickly and their application, I love it. I use it on two of my shops. I highly recommend them.

I couldn’t get it to work. The free plan is very basic. The chart on your product page looks awful but luckily you can choose to not have it show. To me, setting up the discounts is a bit confusing and shouldn’t be. This is all a mute point tho because i never could get it to work. All the other stuff would have been ok had it worked. On the mobile app, you cannot see the installation button so I had sent two help requests without realizing it before I found it. I assumed the reason it wasn’t working was I had not installed it yet. So after installation, it still doesn’t apply discounts, even at check out. So I was glad I had put in the work request. I wanted to have this set up for Black Friday but it’s thanksgiving now and I deleted the app last night to try to search for a new one. I don’t recommend. The free version at least. You shouldn’t offer a free version tho unless you make it functional. Limited, I understand but it should be functional.

I wanted to do a simple 3 for £30 on a £12 product and there is no way to do this without an app. I am so glad I found this app (as well as Product Options) because I've been able to do this simple thing, really simply and it works a treat. I love how the original price is crossed out in the cart to show the customer that they are getting the product for £10 each instead of £12 - this is a lovely touch which shows the discount we're offering in real time. The app was really easy to configure and I am delighted.

Application that leaves much to be desired, I had a problem with it and practically after a week I have not been given a motion. Customer service could honestly improve.

5/5 stars! I sent an e-mail to the app develops about small change I wanted to have made within the app extension, in which HulkCode replied almost immediately. The team resolved my change super fast and effectively. I am really happy and impressed with the level of support.

This is a great app and does exactly what I need it to do. The support is quick and solves issues quickly.

Somehow it doesn't work with third party checkout like intercart. It will be great if I can have the option to select the method of injecting discount codes to checkout.
