very useful apps with very good customer service. all apps that a basic needed already bundle up in an app.. it is very convenient and affordable for all begineers

The customer support is really not matched incredible they do it all from quick response and to fixing your problem right on your store

I found this app quite complicated to set up and already faced an obstacle when i was setting up my first feature, it didnt show up on my site. you cant choose what what you want to show up with frequently bought together for instance if you bought a you want to show c and d but you dont get to choose A. the upsell seems not not exist also, it just has a button to tick, what are you ticking to. lots of the apps that are including in the 40 or so benefits are actually freebies that can be downloaded individually and will work alot better. there interface is so primitive and doesnt have much versatility and quite surprised that app has the rating it has. i would rather pay lot more for something that works seamless rather than face problems on the first one and you have 39 other issues to face.

A great product with a great business model. Helped us replace several apps and most of them it was as good if not better. Glad to see them be successful!

The support was super helpful!! ithey knew exactly what to do and the response time was super quick!

I just got this app a few days ago and it has already been really useful! It has everything you need and everything you need but didn't know you needed. The support team is very helpful as well. Jed helped me fix an issue with my Sticky Add to Cart app very quickly!

Great app, you will save a lot of money by having just this one, it has more usefull apps than I expected, and even a highly responsive support team so you can get help to customise or modify anything really quickly. Highly recommend it.

I just began my store and was in the process of loading multiple apps and configuring them when a mentor told me about Vitals. I researched it, was astonished, unloaded, and cancel all of my other apps. I told them why and proceeded to configure Vitals. That was a few days ago. Today I signed into my Shopify account to find a warning from Vitals about a Drawer issue with my cart. Since I didn't know what it was referring to, I reached out to support. Costin responded quickly and helped me with the issue immediately. I was glad I could get rid of the drawer because as I was designing my store I didn't like that feature even though I didn't know what it was. Thank you, Costin and Vitals!! This app is absolutely vital for all merchants. Not only that it saves you tons of money, it also makes it easier for whoever is managing the store to setup all these apps, you can find everything all under one roof. It's a bit more of a "jack of all trades, master of none" in a lot of the categories, at first. But their support team is so darn tremendous that they'll help you get it pretty much right where you want it for every small detail. Definitely plan on this being my go-to Shopify app to avoid having 10+ for same functionality.
