Okay, I don't usually write reviews but I just had to because of their excellent customer service. I'm currently on the free trial because I just started my store a week ago. I couldn't get discounts to apply to my products, and sent an email to their support team. Rey - who works for VITALS - got back to me so fucking fast and spent like 15-20 minutes helping me resolve my issue. Turns out it was some BS leftover piece of code from another app that I'd used previously, that was fucking with my discounts. Would never have fixed the prob myself. Great customer service, VITALS.

Amazing app. Their customer service is phenomenal. I do get stuck on some of the settings, but Rey from their customer service had helped me out a lot again and again! Thank you! I definitely recommended this app!

I've been looking at ways to speed up our store's loading page to reduce bounce rate and after researching online I found out about VITALS. We're pretty light on apps but we went through a stage of downloading some and deleting them, which caused code to be leftover on our theme. Costin from support was really helpful and offered to take a look through our theme and they removed a bunch of code that was slowing down our store. PS their support is 24/7! It's Saturday at 11pm and they're online :) Anyway - we have already lowered our speed pretty significantly - a few seconds - as it's not loading data from loads of different apps around the world and we're going to keep working on reducing this by adding more apps solely from VITALS as we remove old ones :) I'm hoping as a result, our conversion rate will increase with our bounce rate reducing :) Again - another big shout out to Costin who was really helpful with support. They were able to quickly and politely change things to suit our brand easily - even the fussiest of things they were down to do as I'm a bit of a perfectionist with the layout ha :) Cheers guys!

Love the ease of use of the app for the non-developer. Their support is incredibly responsive and patient. New features get turned on and are immediately useable, if not, they supply an article on what you need to change since they have been there before. I highly recommend it.

Very Very Supportive! I like their assistance when it comes on lacking of their features! 5 star for sure! Hope for more Flexibility to every each app like background color text color ad etc. and hoping more features to come! And also one thing in my mind that if you could use messenger or anything on the vital screen for easy communication compared to email, because its very uncomfortable to talk/request via email. And the most very important maybe I think for all users is if you could update first or like give the most important app like reviews, upsell and etc. more flexibility or like improve the most used important apps first before adding new kinds of apps(just my opinion)

Love this app.. Just wanted to use 1 or 2 functions of it when installed. within 10 days I am using 8. More to come.. :) All apps inside this Vitals app are working great. 24/7 Help from app is also fantastic.

UPDATE 10th Sept 2020- This app has assisted 30% of my sales since I installed it.. This app is awesome, you'll be doing yourself a disservice by not adding it to your store. Okay so I will start by saying, I am still in the trial period of this app and I can't say that it has increased my revenue (yet) but what I can say is the UX of this App is second to none, it is smoooth and looks good. Also the customer service is FANTASTIC, I messaged at 9pm(ish) via the IM and I got a response straight away.. I had two issues and they were resolved in minutes. Thank you Costin for helping me. This app has blown all the other apps out of the window, I am now one of the converted..lol

Today I had the best experience with VITALS and just had to share. I had run into an issue on my store and needed to know how to disable a button in one of their apps. Instead of taking 24 hours to respond and sending a vague, canned "how-to guide" like most other companies...the developer emailed back, that he'd taken care of it. In just a few hours too. I was so appreciative and surprised by the quick turnaround. Really awesome customer service! Thank you Filip!

I'm blown with the number of features I can access with that kind of pricing. Its absolutely a game changer for shopify apps store. The support I'm getting is one of the best I've experienced so far. Keep it up VITALS!!

This one is really helping cut down on having tons of apps, which in turns saves money & increases page speed...... plus just for sanity it's easier navigate & update from one dashboard. Look forward to getting more features and deleting more Apps!

This app is amazing, it provides all of the essentials under one roof. Not only that, the customer service is the best we've ever experienced, we've been dealing with Costin who has been amazing, he has done everything in his power to make sure we get what we need. Would recommend a 100 times over!
