Costin has been a great help. I actually switched from BEST to vitals and he provided ready support through chat and solved the problem in less than 1 minute. Looking forward for VITALs to add more post sales upsell features.

Filip is the best employee. He helped me code something on the cart page. It took me forever and he managed it in a few minutes. Normally they don't do this but happy he helped out!

It's hard to find a word other than amazing to describe this app. I have literally deleted 6 other apps because VITALS covers them all in a much more effective way. On top of this, the level of customer service is outstanding. I had 3 separate questions/requests that I put to the team and each one was responded to within 1.5 hours, and the response wasn't a "thank you we've received your request" but a detailed explanation of how to resolve my issue. I highly recommend VITALS to any who...well has a Shopify store

Just download it, its 11:20 pm and I am trying to do new up sales for my website for my ongoing sale. Costumer support, Costin, helped me with everything. I have a special custom shopify theme and he helped to make everything perfect from their side with in seconds. They have alot of apps i already use from different suppliers and If i stay with them after the trail it will be logic to drop the rest. So far thank you so much for going through with me and giving epic support

Just simply the best app. Customer service to the functionality of the app. I'm a big customer service guy because the support represent the company and I think this app and the employees there, is doing a fundamental job and i would recommend this at to anyone! This app has basically everything you need. From sticky at to cart bar, trust badges, and product description tabs plus a lot of other features that I don't see in other apps. The monthly sub is totally worth it.

I am really enjoying this App. It is the All in one App as It claims to be. Everything fit perfectly and the customer services staffs are very handy, quick and available to help with custom placement. And the best part is that it does not slow my website in any way. Amazing customer service! Thank you for always helping me promptly. They've given me assistance on things outside of the scope of VITALS. They were able to find and delete leftover code from an app that was deleted from my store.

As if the functionality of this app doesn't speak for itself - the support and customer service teams are next level. We had a small aesthetic tweak requested for the bundles, and within an hour the change was made. Vitals truly does it all with minimal/no code disruption, and is very easy to implement. We have been using Vitals for over a year and haven't faced a single issue. If 10 stars were an option, we would give them 10 stars.

I just wanted to congratulate the Vitals team for producing such an excellent and feature-rich app-endium of tremendous tools to make your site rock. Due to the tightly integrated single-code base, all apps are modular, so no wasted or repetative code. Vitals new "Replay" feature allows you to look over the shoulder of a previous session and view their exact activity... very handy if you're getting alot of abandoned carts and it's caused by a 404 or worse. I would urge every Shopify merchant to take a look and swap out your inneffective random apps and invest in Vitals. One other huge benefit is the amazing support, and I mean that seriously, as not only are they 24/7, but the only times I've had cause to contact them, was due to issues not related to Vitals... they managed to identify what the issue was and point me in the right direction. Best value for money you'll find on the app store. Once installed, I deleted maybe 6-8 other clunky apps I was previously using, and even discovered more great features once inside of VITALS. Customer support is fast and helpful too. Even instant responses on a weekend

I've started using this app mainly for quantity discounts and product bundles, but soon I've found many other apps I need, like currency converter, content protection, sticky add to cart, and so on. Besides I had a question about CSS customization, which was solved in less than one hour. Very good app and very good service.

This app is a allrounder. You might spend $100 on all apps they provide you at $29.9. Amazing work. Support team was awesome. Esp Rey helped me solve my problem in less than 10 minutes. Recommended!
