I used this app for currency converter. They do provide clear and accurate instructions through their video tutorials. However, since I am a newbie with shopify I needed help with the process of setting-up. It's my second time getting a hold of their customer support service and they have been very helpful and they reply within an hour or less.

The first time I used VITALS, I was immediately impressed by how easy it is to navigate. Quick tutorials are easily accessible for each feature... and there are PLENTY of awesome features! I love that I can easily manage my upsells, bundles, reviews, etc. all from one central dashboard. I am equally as impressed by the A1 level of customer service they've provided so far. The fact that they offer 24/7 assistance is a huge plus as it makes it easy to manage my business on my schedule. Recommended!

This app is outstanding, there are so many apps in one. I used to replace several separate apps that were costing me a lot more than this one does, plus Vitals also has many other features within it that I did not have before, so the value is excellent. All the apps I've used so far work really well and are easy to configure, and if you get stuck they have plenty of videos and documentation to help. However, the best thing of all is their support, it is without a doubt the best I've ever come across for any app. I had one issue, they replied to me instantly and the issue was fixed within 30 seconds. I was amazed! Highly recommend this app to anyone

Vitals is a must-have app! There are so many add-ons that help my site tremendously including installing another Facebook pixel, reviews, live views, product tabs, etc. Most importantly they have an amazing live customer support team. Michael helped me fix some very tricky issues on the product tabs right away and he is by far the best developer I have worked with. Don't be hesitate to use Vitals. You won't be disappointed.
