I thank all those in charge of this application and how they helped me and gave me 30 days free for the third time because of the error that occurred and we are the reason for it when one of the employees deleted the application twice in a row from the store, and when I spoke to a service, a quick response came within hours and that they renewed the free service for the third time. I did not see a department or customer service doing this work. I have several applications, but Vitals is different from everyone with the service it provides to its customers. The first time is free when downloading the application for the first time, the second was by the administration itself, and the third when I explained to them the story of the employee who was scanning the application by mistake without referring to Imagine 3 free months without asking for anything, but I am sure that all of this is for them to be different from others in their service for everyone and they are ready for your success in the field of e-commerce, of course, this application is without definition and does not require a certificate from me or anyone else, but thanks to them I considered it a duty for what they presented to me, and at the end of I thank all those in charge of this application and I hope everyone will do the same in customer service. Thank you.

This app is ridiculous. I was very, exceptionally sceptical about it because it says it can do so much and at such a small price tag. I enjoyed the fact that from the trial stage you literally had full access to everything, so no features are limited in the free period. I went through all sections one by one and started to get a feel for it. It asks you to deactivate certain processes on your store for certain aspects to function better (nothing sinister, just "buy now" buttons and other cta's similar) - but they always give you the logic as to why it's beneficial to do it. Now to functionality: I though FOR SURE that something offering this much functionality, that something, somewhere would lag or interfere with the shop process. There is no way you can have this many features and not have something go wrong. But nothing... nothing has gone wrong... everything works...! EVERYTHING WORKS. Their support has been amazing as well - I asked some questions about product bundles and they answered me within 10 minutes and sent me over all the videos I'd need to get it done. And guess what? IT WORKED. For those of you reading this thinking "Why is this dude so hyped about this?" to you, my friends, I say that you have not been down the Shopify app store rabbit hole. And good luck to you. Because 10 years, 10 friggin years I've been working with Shopify, and there is not a single app out there that does what any of the 40 that Vital does, better. So the fact they do this many apps, for this price tag - is absolutely ridiculous. So yeah, would recommend.

Although I speak English .I regret that vitals do not have a Spanish version as shopify.Nothing at all even the videos. With respect to the videos, screenshots are missed and step by step (since it is only English) something more didactic than a boy speaking to the camera. Any newscast since the 90's is more interactive.

I use about 10 of the currently 40 available apps. Some of them could use a little more polish but the value here is already so huge it feels unreasonable to ask for more. Great support team as well.

Very quick response from customer service which I really appeciated. The reviews don't integrate with Klaviyo however.
