Vitals is exciting like opening Christmas presents. Exploring all the apps takes time and so far they all work out of the box. If not – team is very helpful and fast in fixing small problems. You don't need to use all the apps – Vitals is still a bargain.

This app has so many features it's unreal! Been using this for a long time and their customer support is absolutely amazing! Always quick response times and provide valuable solutions.

I'm still learning my way around VITALS, but I really appreciate having so many robust features in one place as opposed to constantly trying to figure out which apps are controlling what within my store! The key theme to all the VITALS pieces is that it makes the customer experience better – scroll to the top, tabs that condense product info on mobile, all-in-one chat options... Lastly, the customer service is GREAT! Thanks to the VITALS team for always responding quickly to my requests – major and minor!

Excellent support, always available to fix whatever issue you have. I just hope it's not only an incentive during the free trial period :) I also love the wide range of apps inside the app, One App to rule them all. Update: I keep discovering new apps that I wasn't using before. 3 months later, I still love it! Updtate: I have been using the app for a year now and still as satisfied as before, Great app, great customer service, and they keep adding new features. Highly recommend!

I would like to thanks Vitals'support, John and Leony. I wanted to change some presentations (colors, to remove some words...) in my differents offers. For that I needed help because we had to change some codes. They help me so quickly and so efficacely ! Do not hesitate to ask them some help if needed :)

I have been using the app for a short amount of time and am already loving it. I've been able to delete three other apps and improve my site speed. Very easy to use and the customer support is great! I've never gotten answers so quickly before. Highly recommend

Amazing app! I've been using it for almost 2 months now and the assisted conversions have been more than paying for the app itself, definitely worth every penny! There are a lot of useful apps bundled together in one app, and you are actually getting great value as similar apps go for 5-10 dollars each at least per month elsewhere. Also when all the apps are displayed in one interface, it allows for easier app management/app support, and there are fewer issues with clashing apps as you are going with one developer (especially when building bundles and upsells). Great work guys! One thing I would love to see in the future would be a mass sale editor app (Shopify only display automatic storewide sales in Cart, for storewide sale to show up on product pages, you would have to edit every product's compared at price which is impossible when you have a large inventory. It would be wonderful if Vital could add an app where it would display storewide sales on product pages (Currently using an app called Sale & Discount Manager for this function, would be amazing to see this in VITALS so I don't have to pay for another app).

This is by far one of the best / must have shopify apps you really need. This app boosted my revenue by over 30% and the customer support is just awesome. They help you with everything you need, (for example moving the star position of the rating to the center or something like that). Really recommend this app!!!

You guys should get this app! I got a problem and I didn't actually expect them to respond sooner since it's already in the evening. After just a few minutes of asking them for help, they immediately responded to me. Not only that, they are really willing to fix the problem for you if you can't do it. I'm so happy with this app! Exceeded my expectations! I'm still on a free trial but I will surely keep this subscription! Keep it up guys!! Oh and a huge thanks to Costin! He was the one who helped me. Great app, full service. You get a answer on any question within minutes. Love it. I used to have multiple apps to fullfill different aspect, but with VITALS you can have one for almost anything.
