The customer service is second to none. They should honestly charge more for what you get with VITALS. It has saved us tons of money. There suite of tools is the most valuable thing we use for our shopify store. Michael J. from Vitals helped me through chat do a number of things that helped our store save money and grow.

So easy to use & helps me feel less overwhelmed, which is huge! It has most of the features I needed to create more cross-& upselling options. The customer service team is also amazing, responded almost instantly to my request, and helped me with a customization within a matter of hours. Thank you!

This app has so many great features all in one! And the customer support is tremendous. I was needing to shrink the stock scarcity box and in doing so, relocated it and made my whole theme look better. Definitely recommend this app it's a great addition to any storefront.

The vitals app is good. I found everything I need in it. if I am having any troubles I contact the support they answer immediately and they were helpful. I like how much they are fast when it comes to responding.

I contacted Costin tonight about wanting to put the app on pause (uninstall and delete the app) for a few month due to covid and how it impacts me financially. He was being super helpful and just being human all up trying to help and fully understood my situation. He also offered me a free 30 day trial when I install the app again. He also said I wont lose anything when I delete the app, I will still have everything on my product page when I get Vitals again. This is an amazing app and this amazing app has an amazing team and team member. Thank you Vitals and Costin!

Best value for an app. This will save at least tens of dollars in app costs, if not hundreds. Easy and simple to use, plenty of options, but the best part is definitely the constant improvement and development of the app as well as the technical support. Live chat is almost instant and when it is not available, help is fast via email. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is serious about starting a functional store.
