Great app and awesome service from the team! Always happy to help and do it really quickly. This app has so many features of multiple other apps we had on our store and downloading it has meant we also save so much $$ by just having one app rather than several.

Perfect, all you need in 1 app, it's really usefull you don't need to install 100 apps, you have all you need in this one

Can't praise enough how good the Vitals team is for fixing and accomodating the custom needs of our website, they respond extremely fast and get on with the fix straight away, and with photos and videos to show you the corrections. this is the best customer experience we have had out of Shopify app support, well worth every penny of the subscription and will continue! I have a shop called The Curb Spot and I use and LOVE Vitals! Its a super easy way to apply stuff to your store like reviews, trust badges, and more! I contacted support for some help and they replied instantly which is super convenient and shocking nowadays! And they have 24 hour service. Reymond was awesome and very clear with what I needed help with! Thank you to Vitals and their crew!

We've used VITALS for a few weeks now adding more and more functionality as we go. We started with pre-orders and while it didn't work immediately for our site due to our custom code, the support team made it work very quickly and efficiently, they are very good at what they do!

Easy to use. There are guides for every function in the app. Really helpful. Great App! Better customer service! Almost everything you need for e-Com is here.

Great support. Super fast and eager to help solve my issue. Love the app so far. I am still in the trial stage so I will need more time to be able to give a good solid review. But I am very impressed so far. I have definitely seen an increase in sales and in overall cart totals. I am just not sure it justifies the cost yet. Being that we are in the Philippines and we have to work a lot harder to makes that $30 per month app fee (almost three days salary for most Filipinos. Imagine paying $240 - $300 USD per month for this app and you'll understand the comparison and why this is a steep fee for us.), it's almost worth it. I wish they offered some considerations by country monetary value. It would help a lot. We will continue for now and I will evaluate whether conversions are enough to justify three days salary. lol But that aside, wonderful app and amazing customer service!! I definitely recommend it.

I have used this app on multiple stores and it NEVER fails. I cant recommend it enough - especially for the "spin the wheel" feature which SEAAAAMLESSLY captures email addresses. I've managed to gain 2500 subscribers since launching in May and for my little business, that's a big deal.. Thank you Vitals.. You really should develop a theme so that you can fully compete with Debutify.
