The support team was absolutely amazing. I needed to change the font colours from my "Product reviews" and "Recently Viewed" but i had no knowledge of CSS. Jed who attended to me, volunteered to do it for me and within minutes, the font colours where changed to what i wanted. Amazing work and excellent support from the VITALS team!

i used this app and help me a lot, contains very useful functions inside! my favorite feature is currency conversion, it really has a lot of them and they are automatically converted according to the country of connection!

I've just cancelled this app after using it for a week - will be interesting to see if this is posted or not. The reasons I cancelled it: 1. Limited options on each app to adjust the variables to match our own colours, let alone our own branding style 2. Limited functionality on each app relative to the other stand alone apps available on Shopify 3. Far too many emails 4. Too much wasted waffle on introducing 'how to' videos 5. Slow response to queries Overall, I get the impression Vitals spends far more time and effort on its marketing than it does on developing the technical capability of its apps. ***REVIEW UPDATED 25/7*** I received an email from the owner of the app to reconsider the 2 stars I had given it. I politely explained that I was unable to do this as I was unable to customise the apps to match our branding and I felt the individual apps has limited functionality. Having read through many of their reviews, I find them lacking in detail and meaningful insights into 'why' they approve of the app. I have never heard of the term 'onboarding' before to describe excessive emails which are never a good thing in my book whatever way Vitals want to spin it. There are some fantastic apps available on Shopify however you have to do some leg work to find them.

This is a great all-in-one app. Saves a lot of hassales in installing and managing multiple apps by providing loads of features under one roof.

I've truly experienced fast, efficient and helpful customer support from Vitals. One of the agents, Costin, has been extremely friendly and effective in solving my issues. Ontop of that, I am becoming more and more excited about what Vitals can do for our business as I get to know all the apps.

The support team always comes to help right away! I can't help but feel satisfied as they take care of all the issues for me :)

I´m very glad with this app. I had some problems with the app at the beggining, but thanks to the costumer service, Costin helped me really fast solving all my problems, he even made me a costum code for a thing that is not from the concern of vitals. I´m really happy with their perfomance, let´s hope it pumps my sales.
