Am looking forward to hearing from the tech developer's on adding a few more simple things that'll make this app even better!

This app is very useful and has lots of options that i normally woudl use 3-4 different apps but this is all in one! and they have great tech support

This is the best app I have used on Shopify. This is one of the few apps on Shopify that actually makes sense to pay for monthly, because the value far exceeds the cost. It is essentially 30 full functional apps in 1 app. That is not even the best part. The best part is that everything in the app is cleanly presented; simple navigation any Shopify novice can follow, clear tutorial videos for each app that are brief and thoroughly explain how to use the app to your benefit, and last but not least- a customer support team that responds very promptly to enquiries. I was trying to add social share buttons to the bottom of my product information sections on my products pages. I sent them an email asking if they had that function. They got back to me within the hour explaining that they didn't have the function (yet), which is a surprise because the app literally does everything else. Three or Four times now I have downloaded some other app and then later deleted it after discovering that Vitals already has something that solves that problem. Seriously, If you only buy one app on your Shopify journey it should be Vitals.

I needed to update my theme and took the opportunity to install Vitals, replacing four other apps that I no longer need. The pricing is the same once those four apps are added up, and Vitals has a lot more functionality that I am looking forward to utilizing. But the main reason I am reviewing them right now is because their customer service absolutely ROCKS. I've been texting their tech reps several times an hour this entire evening, and every time I ask a question or have a problem, they are able to immediately answer or fix it for me. Literally as I type this, a tech rep is helping me fix a formatting issue with the review stars. Seriously, I am so impressed with this app!

I had a need to put reviews for a specific product on a landing page and couldn't find how to do this in the documentation. So, I got ahold of the support team at Vitals and they were able to help me make it happen. Very professional and very helpful. It is obvious their team cares about customers. Very refreshing.

Vitals is a spectacular application! also the support! I would implement the possibility to make reviews to the site and not only to the products. However they have an interesting roadmap.
