Good customer service. However, the app is very big and will slow down your store. The app is also priced fairly.

I have used a lot of the features of this app so far. My engagement has gone way up. I also was surprised at how quickly customer support got back to me to fix the color of a button (within an hour it was done!)

Great value for money. So much is included in this app. They also have really helpful tutorials and help to make sure you can get the most from the app. I've contacted support twice for some help with design issues and I've been blown away by how fast the team gets back to me. Very impressed.

This review is completely unsolicited like some of the other apps out there. The value is incredible, there are so many apps that are extremely helpful and the videos for each one are great!

I don't use everything this app is offering but using few basic stuff. I never needed support before but recently when I had an issue with the images, I requested help and even though it was a weird time they replied within 10-20 minutes resolving the issue. If you need the app, keep in mind that they do have support which is important factor to decide.

I'm using the app mainly for the reviews, bundles and the store protection's functions, it works really good, the assistence is very efficient and having all these functions in one app is making me save money. I truly recomand it. The only advice, about the reviews, it would be nice to have a function to show the reviews little by little, for example five by five, instead of the button "show all".
