This is an amazing app for a shopify store because it gives you EVERYTHING to make your store look and feel amazing! Thereafter, it's all in one applications help retain traffic. But, the best part... customer service is very response and perfectly helpful!

Replaced 7 individual apps on my store with this one easy to use app! Support staff is easy to reach, and has walked me through the process to fix any errors while implementing this new app to a pre existing store. Defiantly a must have in the future for me.

J'utilise diverses fonctionnalités de Vitals. Cette appli est assez sophistiquée, parfois même compliquée pour moi. J'ai donc utilisé le service de chat et je viens de faire un grand pas en avant ce matin grâce au soutien de Zeus qui m'a très bien renseigné par ses réponses précises. Il a été très patient avec moi et compétent pour me solutionner mes problèmes ! Les vidéos (tutorials) sont une grande aide, mais n'étaient pas suffisant pour moi, car en anglais.. Je suis très satisfaite de l'aide que je reçois via le chat, et très surprise qu'en quelques minutes quelqu'un de l'extérieur puisse ainsi me solutionner mes difficultés..! Bravo et merci !!
