I love the vitals when i first started my journey in ecom it was the first app i used and ive been in love with it since! The customer service is great i especially like John Seth he somehow solves all the issues very quickly and he's over all very friendly and easy to work with !

This app was recommended to me as an all in one marketing place. I am new to having an ecommerce store so i was grateful to find it. And relieved at the thought of spending less time researching a bunch of individual apps while having so many other things to learn and focus on. And hopeful that it actually works well so I can keep it simple. So far its been fun to see the different apps work together as I build my store. And the icing on the cake is the chat help. I have panicked and reached out many times and was guided quickly and thoughtfully. I truly appreciate this support. Although I know now that there are really helpful very short informative tutorials on each app that would have kept me from even needing help so I would recommend starting there. But is sure is comforting to know that when I need guidance its there.

This app is a must have if you have a Shopify store. It is vital that you get Vitals! Yes it costs money but it will make you so much more.

Je ne les utilise pas tous pour l'instant mais je ne doute pas qu'il seront utilisé plus tard. Le service chat live est très réactif et répond aux questions efficacement. Perfect one stop-app for everything you need, and great customer service: Quick update as I've been using this. For the "Pre-order" app in vitals I would like to see some added functionality. Mostly, some items are reservation pre-orders with a specific calendar period to reserve them. If I have 12 different items available with different closing windows, it would be nice to automatically adjust the availability of the pre-order in the app. Just adds convenience for the seller. Also an easy way to split up pre-order reservations and pre-order restock items. Secondly, the app currently allows the option to leave a memo next to the Pre-order button, however the memo is universal on all pre-order items. It would be helpful if we could add personalized memos to specific items, or groups of items too. This might help buyers avoid confusion. Just some added features I would love to see! But by no-means a complaint. I highly recommend Vitals to everyone who read this far ^^
