So far, as of installing this app today, I am impressed with the CS. Almost EVERY other app CS has huge delays (like they are helping five others at the same time), and it feels robotic - not good. Here they seem attentive and effective, and offer good suggestions. So far great.

This is a fantastic app, and their customer support is definitely next level. I highly recommend this app!

Great apps! I really like the pop up and the pre order app and how they both can be integrated with other apps such as shopify email and how the preorder app works with product bundles. John Seth was very knowledgeable and was able to help me out. Although I wish the product bundles app was able to accommodate 6+ products instead of 5. I tried to add two of my products in one product (ex. Product A = bowtie + bandana) but it didn't work - probably because it has variants. Also I wish it could be enabled as its own product page. Otherwise I would have converted to this app right away.

Quick on to solve the little issues with this app. Its good to have 24/7 customer service whensomething doesnt work

A great app with reasonable prices and helpful customer support, I love it provides most of the useful apps in combination saving me time and money all the functions are awesome.

Love the app, and the support. I have been using several apps before and paying a lot for small small Apps/features separately but now I have replaced all those apps, such as Reviews, Badges, Banners, and even Recordings with just one app, Vitals. And saved more than 100 dollars by installing just one app. My store is a pretty good one and has a lot of custom design requirements and the team has been incredibly supportive in providing custom dev fixes for the features I am using. This is the MUST HAVE app for all serious Shopify merchants. We already run it on our 3rd store. You have aeverything you need, simple installation and a superb service.

Vitals covers many of our needs, and all apps are surprisingly easy to use for a first time Shopifier, such as myself. Missing a few features on a few of the apps, which is the only reason for not getting a full score, but the quick and helpful support, as well as rapid development of many good apps, is fantastic. Will keep using this, and looking forward to more new apps from Vitals
