This app helps tremendously for my website Golden Heartz Jewelry (Shameless Plug-In) Email marketing, reviews, sales funnels, and more, My main reason for this review though, is the customer service. Gary, Zeus, and John Seth have helped me a lot through this process, and its much appreciated!

Used several features of this app including the add to cart sticky bar and product reviews. The integration with Shopify is amazing and the live chat support team is fabulous with their response time and support, definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had with a Shopify App!

Nutze mehrere Funktionen dieser App für meinen Store und bin sehr zufrieden, da man sich somit die Installation zahlreicher unterschiedlichen Apps spart. Der Support hat mir bei meinem Problem innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet und konnte das Problem direkt auf Anhieb beheben und mir auch die Ursache dafür nennen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Mit einer der besten Apps, die man sich downloaden kann. Es gibt super viele Funktionen, von denen ich auch einige benutze. Habe Vitals in allen meinen Stores und bin super zufrieden. Gerade der Support ist auch einfach top. Bekomme jedes mal innerhalb weniger Minuten eine Antwort und sie lösen das Problem meist in unter 10 minuten. Klasse!!

Goede app om meerdere marketingtechnieken mee toe te voegen aan je webshop. de standard modules werken goed. wanneer je wilt afwijken van de standaard is dit echter wel moeilijk te doen. gelukkig help de chat support wel om dit mee op te lossen.

Reviewing after almost 1 year of use and I would love to say this App is very useful, you can see visitors actions so that you can understand what they are doing and what needs to improve you can get product reviews, and many more thing, Plus they are always available for support. Would 100% recommend it!

I am just trying this app for the first time. Until now, I used it for product reviews. I had a problem with placing the reviews section in the right place on my product page, but the support team solved it for me in like 5 minutes. Until now, I am happy with the support! :)

I have enjoyed the features of Vitals and would recommend to others, however at the moment it is not financially feasible for me to continue using it as I will be taking some time away from my business and will be selling less. I really like the options to show recently purchased pop ups and how it can make the shopper experience more enjoyable.
