Beautiful user face, the app is great for syncing Amazon stock if you’re listing items manually. Reporting is better than Shopify’s default reports, too.

Excellent app and equally supportive team. It does everything I need and more. I've had no issues with the software and the team are responsive whenever I have a question. I cannot fault either the product or the support. Brilliant!

Great app with really good potential, some bugs being ironed out but in terms of stock control between sites it really cannot be beaten and I have tried a few. In addition its free of charge and perfect for small business that don't have the budgets for enterprise level stock management tools. Worth the time investment to get setup and working I have moved to this for all my order. Great stuff!

Veeqo has opened up a whole lot of opportunities for us, and was the only platform that allowed us to link a shop epos (Vend) with multiple shopify stores. There are a few niggles as there are with any out of the box platform, but it's very powerful and currently free to use too! The live chat help has been great over the year we have been using it - they have been able to sort out a lot of questions and any tech issues too. Overall it's a platform that has a lot of potential and now it is well set up I'm looking forward to really starting to harness it's power.

Amazing platform that's made concentrating on growth easy. The team are very helpful and they have a chat function where you generally get a response within 2-5 min. The platform continuously has improvements made to it, and is suitable for companies of all sizes

So far, so good. Still testing the system but it looks like it will work for us longer term and being free, its got to be worth a try! Finding the inventory control very good, but rather disappointed that there is no longer the stock take functionality we wanted! Team have been extremely responsive, especially Josh who is always there to help me when I get stuck!

We use this to pick and pack our orders across numerous stores and it's made us a lot more efficient and has helped an awful lot. We have found there are quite a few bugs but the support team is really friendly, quick at replying and keen to help. Progress is continually being made and they are improving at a rapid rate. Best of all it's free!

For us the Veeqo app allows the team to work in the warehouse more efficiently, without the need for piles of paper to cross check. The stock feature is especially good as it has greatly improved our accuracy and speed of checking.

It would still be beneficial to use Veeqo with Shopify if this was your only channel. However, Veeqo comes into its own when you sell on other platforms and/or have other websites. Managing inventory when selling on more than one platform is a nightmare. There is a significant danger of over selling which can only end in customer dissatisfaction. Inventory management is key - but the outstanding feature that Veeqo offers is shipping and managing dispatch. We sell on 3 of our own websites as well as eBay and Amazon. Orders come in to Veeqo automatically from all 5 sites allowing us to create pick lists instantly across all channels. You can also brand each packing slip/invoice different for each channel and allocate different shipping companies. We use Royal Mail, UPS, UK Mail and DPD. Veeqo allow us to assign different types of orders to different couriers depending on an number of criteria. All shipping labels are created without any data entry ready for dispatch! Magic!

Great app and sync have some issues but support is always there through chat. Started using this since few months and only had few hiccups but was able to sort this with chat help. Manily use this for inventory sync and it worls well for me.

I've used the software for over 2 years. The software is very strong for inventory management, and it connects very well with Amazon stores globally. Reporting is great too.

Great app, that makes the shipping process much easier and speeds up our dispatch process by 30%. Definitely recommend it to everyone who is dispatching orders daily.

fitnesshealth.co has been using the Veeqo shopify plugin for the last 4 months. The main reason for us joining Veeqo last year was to solve our problem with the royal mail shipping labels. Because we sell on Amazon, Ebay and Shopify we had a range of different shipping labels from each platform, and we wanted to ingrate these systems together. Using the Veeqo system we achieved we a much more professional finish to our product. The shipping label has a 2d barcode with all the address essential information. We have removed our old paper invoicing and replaced it with electronic, with the shipping labels supplied from the royal mail and printed through a thermal we have reduced our printing charges by 80%. Veeqo is a great system that is going to help our business in a number of ways’; inventory management is also another key system that we have in operation. As we have over 500 products SKU’s is essential to have an operating system that is tracking the progress of sales per item, and helps a great deal when we need to look in detail into the product history. Setting up Veeqo was quite simple as the Veeqo team are very helpful and quick to sort out problems. I would recommended Veeqo all online businesses as the data you receive and service is top class. UPDATE: More than a year has passed since our review, and Veeqo STILL does not support post-purchase checkout offers or 'on hold' fulfilment statuses, despite Shopify releasing this functionality in May 2021. We have requested this functionality countless times but the feedback has essentially been ignored by Veeqo. We don't understand how a "Shopify Plus Certified" app can still be lacking in compatibility with Shopify in this way. ---- Original Review --- Veeqo does a reasonably good job in organising the picking, packing and dispatching of orders as well as integrating directly with carriers. Unfortunately however, the app does not support order editing in Shopify, or post-purchase checkout extensions, therefore limiting opportunities to add or edit items after purchase which is a shame. The availability of customer service / support is good, with live chat available 24hr and quick response, however the live chat agents have limited knowledge and getting issues recognised and escalated to the development team can be difficult.

we have been using veeqo for over a year now, if you have a POS (retail Store) and also sell online AVOID THIS, Veeqo counts every single sell of you POS as a transaction int he software and that is counted to your monthly billing, we are paying over 380 USD a month OVER 4K A YEAR to sync inventories, they have promised a solution for months and nothing happens, maybe as a simply inventory management system is ok, but to advertise that integrates with POS and then charge for every single sell it is simply ridiculous. it is amazing that Shopify makes a business on top of an expensive online store already by creating extremely bad apps and then forcing you to pay for every single function you need.

Veeqo does a good job of managing order fulfilment across eBay, Shopify and Amazon. Customer service is helpful and responsive.

If you are shipping international with DHL and have any discount on your product selling price then beware that the electronic customs invoice sent to DHL by Veeqo declares everything at 100% so at custom either you (Delivery Duty Paid) or the customer incur increased duty and VAT. We learnt the hard way for our EU and high value US shipments. Long chats with Veeqo support and 'Engineering ticket' raised, but one month on and no solution or feedback. Not a priority for Veeqo.

Integration is very simple and we have not had any problems with Veeqo, Veeqo support is first class and very prompt. Would highly recommend.

We have had a great experience integrating Veeqo with our Shopify store. The integration with our warehouse is seamless, and we are able to track multiple channels pretty simply. The customer service is very good, I never have any issues getting in touch with questions. It would be great to see some improvement in the reporting capabilities, more flexible data retrieval and more user friendly interfaces would definitely make our lives easier.

Integration of this app is so complicated and unclear that it is difficult to execute. Despite removing inventory access for this app, it has single handedly removed 900 units of stock from our store, of around £28k of value

Outstanding service from these guys, always at the end of the phone or chat. Transformational for our business. With a huge range of SKU's and kits we needed to find a solution that could be versatile. Couldn't ask for more from support - Ben, Roxy, Darren, Mohamed - they are all helpful and feel part of our team when help is needed. The roadmap that you can submit ideas for development really shows the kid of forward thinking business they are. Keep building on the great features guys!! Top stuff! 5 STARS!

We use Veeqo to connect our shopify PLUS store plus other marketplaces into a complex network of couriers - depending on ITS weight & where our product is being dispatched to around the world. Veeqo's inventory management keeps all stock control updated & allows for complex reporting on sales performance, product stock levels and integrates seamlessly into courier accounts. Overall adding Veeqo to our e commerce offering has increased our teams productivity by 30%. One point to note, it's worth working hard to ensure every part even spare non-saleable items are in Veeqo so that it is an exact accurate reflection of the warehouse operation. It can only be as good as the data you ensure is in & kept up-to-date - you get out what you put in if that makes sense!

Veeqo is Absolutely Amazing! We have 3 Shopify stores, 5 Amazon stores, an international Ebay store, and an Etsy store. After 4 years in a 3PL using Orderwise we moved our business into our own warehouse and took fulfillment in house. In addition we now have 7 integrated couriers and ship all around the world. The Veeqo product works to allow us to ship multiple consignments with speed and accuracy with the most economical courier. We also run retail and trade warehouses, use the purchase order system and our accuracy in inventory management has improved 10 fold. The team are hugely knowledgeable and support has been excellent. Almost two years later, our business turnover has now grown by 25% to almost 4 million which would not have been possible without Veeqo. Particular thanks to Ben, Darren, Roxy, Mohammed and the team - always super fast and responsive!! I have already recommended the Veeqo product to other online retailers and will continue to!
