I am very positive about this app and support. Easy to install and use. I ran into some minor issues with codes and got it fixed quick and clean. I will continue using this app and also for all my future website.

Jon was very helpful, he helped me customized the options to make them look nicer. Overall, great app, easy to use.

I needed a way to add more variants than what Shopify offers, so that when the orders flow into my automation system, no human has to touch the order until it reaches our workflow system the designer pickup the order. Allowing for conditional virtual options/Text boxes allows me to ensure the customer fills in the order without errors. The support of this app is awesome. App works as intended.

Our product offering was highly customizable and Variants Option Product Option was perfect. It was easy to use and exactly what we needed.

I absolutely LOVE Variants Options! For the majority of my stock, I need people to be able to pick between two customization options. Due to how Shopify defaults to handling variant stock, I would've had to constantly update the variant inventory levels when all I wanted was for the base inventory to be the same for both options. The Variants Options app helped make my store more streamlined and is super easy to use. After fussing around with at least 5 different apps in two days, it was a huge relief to find this one. I'm ridiculously pleased with it and feel confident using it with new and different items in the future.

Excellent customer service—I had a unique, bespoke coding issue that needed addressing and Martin was on it right away! He has the gentlest hands the biggest heart.

COUPONS WON'T WORK WITH IT!!! I reached out to support twice and both times received a canned answer that I must have missed the information...'Our price add-ons use draft orders which aren’t compatible with the discount code box on the checkout page. ' It is suggested that I purchase another monthly app to use as a work around and they blame Shopify for the issue. However, when reaching out to Shopify they said 'the app is currently not up to par with our updates'. Quite the headache for us and our customers. For paying nearly $20 a month they should be able to create another way it would work.

I use the Variant Custom Product Options app along with a second plugin (Discount On Cart- Pro Edition) to resolve all of my product option needs and discount code fixes... Would be nice not to need the second plugin but no big deal. VERY EASY to use, very intuitive... Added one line of script to resolve a minor fulfilment issue, and overall am very happy with the functionality this app provides.

These guys are so responsive. I had a little problem while prepping a new version of my template, and they answered right away with the information that I needed to sort out my issue.

The app provides exactly what we needed. There was some small issue in the code and Martin and Jon did their best to help us. They solved the problem immediately and were super responsive. Thank you so much :)

Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time. It took me days to set up the app. Unfortunately, the app has some bugs, e.g. product prices are not transferred to the checkout page. The customer service responded relatively quickly, but could not help in most cases. The technician is booked out for days, I was told. To fix my problems I would have had to wait 4 (!!!) days. Such slow service can ruin your business. I definitely cannot recommend this app, it just has too many bugs.

I think it is a great app. Simple, well designed, user interface and accomplishes what it claims. I will continue to use it if I can increase my sales enough to justify the expense.

This app is great and giving you multiple variants and the team will go above and beyond in making sure their app integrates perfectly into your current theme and are always there to give speedy support.

The app is the best I ever used for custom made product. They really did a good job, the customer service replied very quick., and solved the problem quickly.Thank you soooo much.

What I like about the app is basically the design of all the options you can choose, it just looks nice. The price is quite fair for what the app accomplishes. What I hate about it is the fact that you need an additional addon to be able to enable discount codes. Also that you need to dublicate all products for a modification insteat of simply applying the settings to a collection and getting a good overview. Also that it's not linked to actuall products like bold does, it completely kills simple product cost calculation this way. Also that you can not use Javascript within the options to target the products directly and keep everything close together.

I love this app. I was looking for a way to let customers create their own sets and bundles, and this works amazingly. It's super easy to customize, it offers a bunch of different options and so far it works pretty well. Totally recommend

Super helpful customer service, they always answer promptly and solve my issue FOR me. Instead of just giving instructions, they go in, fix it, and let me know. Worth every penny.
