We've been happy with the app for about a year, and what makes it even more special is their absolutely amazing customer service. We've had to reach out a couple of times due to clashes with our theme, and the team has replied promptly and they've been able to fix the issues quickly. Highly appreciated! Even though the theme we use now offers a somewhat same kind of feature as the app, we still want to continue using the app bc we know they're very helpful in fixing any issues that come up. That kind of support is hard to come by. :)

After searching for an app that allowed me to add variants without having to create an additional product and without showing an add on price, I finally found this one! Well priced and the support have been absolutely amazing from both Jon and Martin. I have tested 4 variant option apps, and this Relentless Variant Option app is by far the best for my store. This app allows me to offer customers the ability to customize products effortlessly before adding them to the shopping cart. The app integrates well with native Shopify options and allows the shop owner limitless customizations and virtual options. The interface is well thought out and adding products and options is seamless. The ultimate goal is to make shopping easier for prospective customers as a means to increase conversion rate. This app makes that a reality and I am thankful to be able to run it on my store. Additionally, service is crazy good. I mean it, best I have experienced from any Shopify app company large or small. I wanted to use this plugin to add options to my products requiring conditional logic. And the plugin does its job very well. Thanks to the creators for the quick and complete answers to my questions.

This app appeared to be very good and useful, however it broke the swatch option on my product and would not uninstall completely. Contacting the app developer proved to be unhelpful as they stated that the app was fully removed and the issue was not something that was caused by their coding.

Very simple and best out there. I settled on this app after testing numerous other apps. It was really simple and quick to set this one up. And the support they provide is outstanding.

Great app which is far more feature rich than most similar apps. Sorts out formatting in Shopify variants as well as those within the app. Brilliant customer service too. Day or night, these guys are there to help. Highly recommend.
