I was so worried I couldn't give additional variant options to buyers due to Shopify limits, I tried multiple apps, but this one was my favorite. It's very easy, and beginner friendly. I use this app to add customized paper choices for multiple notebooks. It works well and allows for price upgrades and conditional choices as well. Here's what I wish it did better: - Discount Codes -It does not work with shopify's discount codes (you have to pay for another app) - Images - It does not allow you to change the image with the options selected. - Printing - If you want to print MULTIPLE orders or packings slips, the options chosen do not show up. So I have to spend time printing individual order pages.

Easy to use app to style variants in your store and add customised products and pricing. I had to contact support for advice and had a quick response that sorted the issue I was having. They provide a lot of code snippets to provide additional functions which support also helped me implement. A great little set and forget app.

I had an order come in that didn't have any options chosen. I realized that the custom options are no longer showing up on my listings. I also realized that I have an increased number of abandoned checkouts, likely because customers were not able to choose options on their products. The only customer service option is an email form (which I have filled out), which means getting immediate help is not possible. In this case I have no idea how many sales this has cost me and I now have to reach out to customers and ask for their options and eat the cost if they choose something that should have been an upcharge. As a small business owner, this is an awful experience and I'm now more likely to leave Shopify all together for a selling platform that allows me to offer more product options without having to use undependable apps. UPDATE: Still no help from anyone at Relentless Apps but researching myself it seems that installing this app overrides some critical theme code. Two weeks ago we noticed that the mobile version of our site wasn't working. Fixing that code affected Variant, which caused it to stop working. In order to fix it we need code from Variant. We should not have to choose between a working mobile site and a working Variant app.

now my shopify cannot use the app. the link is not useful. why? maybe still will charge me. how to use the app again?

The app is great for being able to add customization to products and added variants; however, it does override a lot of the theme options which has caused layout issues for our site.

These apps are awesome! The service and contact is very helpful. Everyone needs this. I recommend this to any beginner.

**Updating my review The customer service for this app is just top freaking notch. Their level of transparency and communication is phenomenal. Its nice to know a company truly values your input - with that being said I'm happy to update my review. Great app! Does exactly what it says. Customer service is amazing. At the price point I do wish it had an easier way to duplicate, like "smart" collections ie creating a collection that has the same variant options so any time a new product is added, its already added to the variant options. Plus I wish there was a way to duplicate variants within the same product. One of my items has roughly 75 variants (color swatches) and can be changed 2-5 times in one design. Typing each option 2-5 times is very timely.

Excellent app and even better technical and customer service, I highly recommend it! It is very suitable if you are looking to provide options for your products or customizations.

Fantastic app! I was thinking about upgrading to a paid theme but decided I what we really needed was an app that has better variant display options. It was easy to install and works just as described. Plus a big bonus, they have wonderful customer support!!! Definitely worth the monthly fee and my site looks beautiful.

Good technical service and good operation of the application to provide additional prices. Had some speed issues, but they were fixed.

The app fits perfect for our shop. We have over 1000+ products in store and use the product options for personalized products. The support is amazing, first we had some issues with the price tag (visually). They fixed it in three days now everything works perfect. Thanks to the team!!

Update: I moved from 4 to 5 stars. They reached out to me and they were awesome with working on a solution for my specific needs. Highly recommend!! I love this app but I just found out that due to price add ons you have to pay extra to allow discount codes. So on top of paying the fee for thus service we have to pay another fee to allow a basic discount box that shopify already provides. this is very upsetting and will have to search for a new app that allows discounts and custom items.

I love this app and the control I have over global and individual variant settings! The UI is easy to use and isn't clunky. You won't regret paying for the next step above the free plan. The support is quick to respond, too! I also use the Best Fit - Size Charts from Relentless Apps. The only thing missing from this app is the ability to add color swatches to the Collection Pages. Right now, my customers don't know there are multiple colors available until they click on a product. I really hope they will be implementing this soon because I don't want to install another app!

Really helpful and easy to use app! I wanted to let customers buy a customizable letter art print from my site, and this app made it possible.

We used this app to simplify selecting sizes and colours, allowing our customers to easily see what was in stock and what was not. When I ran into an issue (which in hindsight I should have easily been able to solve myself!), I got support within the hour and the problem was solved. This is a great app and I would fully recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their product listings.
