Excellent way to engage customers via SMS! Adds legitimacy to my brand and I am excited to see if it does in fact reduce abandoned carts!

Very useful app and easy to set up.

Great customer support so far. They have live chat. The onboarding is pretty straightforward, you don't have to do much work, 80% is already set up.

The checkout process was straightforward and secure, offering multiple payment options. I appreciate the transparency regarding shipping costs and delivery times, ensuring there were no surprises at the end. I had a question about my order, and their support team promptly addressed it with professionalism and courtesy. Customer service makes it a five-star Shopify tool. I highly recommend txtcart to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable e-commerce experience.

The app is not yet ready for UK market so cannot complete the set up or use. The expected launch date for UK keeps getting pushed back each month so all very frustrating and a total waste of time. Received an interesting email about our review too - but I'll leave shopify to deal with that......

Life changing install for us! It feels as though we have another employee getting sales for us with this app. We have already made so much extra revenue after only having the app for a few weeks now. They also have quick and helpful customer service!

Their CS team is super friendly and always willing to help out with anything. We reached out to get some help with our compliance setup and Rachel is soo helpful! Very excited to see what all the SMS by human hype is about.
