The text messaging system is not sent by real people as stated in their description. And if their are real people, they sure don't respond to my customers like they are real. When a customer says "no, I don't want additional information" and you send it anyways, that leaves a bad taste. ESPECIALLY, when that customer then leaves us a 1 star review. Never again. I uninstalled immediately. On top of that, they take credit for sales that they didn't generate, which in the long run would cost us a lot of extra money for nothing.

Very effective, help connect our food business with customers and offer a line of communication and offers discounts.

Best SMS App on the appstore. Very easy to use & is automated. Customer support agents are available at almost all hours.

Staff was great & helped me with a problem that was occurring on my store. I tried a few others but this seems to be the best.

Left it on for a few weeks LOL didn't notice i made $750 extra from abandoned carts. Would recommend!

app helped me recover a huge amount of abandoned carts they offer alot for the free plan i think if you are trying to scale your sales this is a really good app to help you do so, i had a problem and when i reached out for them i received instant help no matter the time of day

This app is amazing. I was told to download this app by a friend, and it has been honestly amazing so far. It automatically starts conversations with people and tries to recover your abandoned cart. It is definitely worth a try, and they have awesome customer service. Highly recommend!

This app was honestly amazing to use! It recovered a high percentage of my orders. Before installing the app, I didn't know that SMS messages had a larger opening rate compared to emails, and not just that but this app really makes it fell as if the customer is talking to a real live person. I highly recommended if you're looking for a nice SMS Marketing App

So far I love this app! I have an abandoned cart campaign setup to help convert people who don't go through with their order, and it works great! It offers a discount code to the customer, and sends a realistic personalized text with their name so people really think its me texting them. I also love sending out campaigns when I launch a new deodorant scent, run a sale, or have any other exciting announcements and it does great! I also do a lot of email marketing, but text definitely resonates with a different crowd of people which I find to be super helpful. Any questions I have had, Kyle from support responded to me promptly and helpfully. Pricing is great too love how you can start with a free plan and just have them take % of the order too instead of paying a hefty monthly fee like other apps. -Nigel from Breathe Naturals Deodorant

We had 80% of our carts abandon and in the first month or so with TxtCart they have recovered over $7,000 for us. These are customers that want the product that need that final nudge. In most cases they would not have come back. Best of all I get to watch the bot conversations. We tried this manually and it failed. These guys are great.

Great app, very clean, easy to use and it works. The only problem I ran into was the free plan. the free plan takes 15% of your sales and didn't notice. I would recommend buying the 250mo plan for the 2.5% fee if you do high volume already. This works best for businesses selling low ticket items.

This is a very excellent app for anyone getting into SMS marketing! They keep updating and adding new features. They make everything super user-friendly and easy to use.

New to this app and really excited to see how it goes! Customer service reps are ON POINT!!! Very helpful! The rates are also very affordable for small businesses.

My favourite app for SMS Abandonment recovery. There's more features I haven't explored yet but the way I use it is pretty much set and forget. Highly Recommend.
