DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with this app. While their customer service & chat function is extremely helpful and the chat agents are nice, the shipping times are insanely slow. I ordered a test order from my website after connecting Trendsi to test how it works and how long shipping would be. I wanted to see what my customers would experience before promoting my store. I am so glad I did! I am EXTREMELY disappointed to say the least. I ordered on December 2, 2022. I reached out the following week because the status hadn't changed from "Processing". I was assured they were still working on it. Then I reached out the following week and was told the order and processing time were extended due to the quality checks that were performed and one item didn't pass quality check. I reached out again today, December 19, 2022 (the order still says "Processing") and was told that the items were being delivered to their US Warehouse tomorrow by 3 PM and then they'd be shipped out. Unfortunately, they are Christmas items and will not be able to be used after Christmas Day. After reading through reviews (I wish I had read them before), multiple people state that they constantly have "quality check issues". When "quality check issues" arise, they send you an email stating your order is delayed another 3-4 days because they have to order a replacement from their supplier. Why is this company working with subpar suppliers that constantly have quality check issues?? This is not a good look for my business/website and definitely don't want to deal with bad reviews from customers. I advise you stay away from this app. Great idea but horrible execution! NOT RECOMMENDED!

I contacted customer support today and I was lucky to have Raymart help me with some product information, he was very helpful and patient with me and just made this a great experience for a new store owner. Thank you Raymart. Today I had the Privilege of having Chette Help me with a couple of question's regarding shipping and location, I believe this is the second time she helps me, she is great!

I like Trendsi. I've been working with them for a month or so, and I like their products, and I like their service as well.

So far - so great! I love how easy it is to put their products in my store - When they push out new products - it's not an insane amount of them AND - they are super helpful! Fast and easy help.

I love these guys! while i've had a couple minor issues they are quick to fix the problem and to respond. If it wasn't for the delayed shipping on an item due to the shut down in china I'd give 5 stars. Hazel was a great help! I look forward to growing with them. Had some trouble with an order being partially delivered. Trendsi worked so quickly to resolve the issue and made my customer happy.

I am new to dropshipping and shopify but I have been able to get all my questions answered and have completed my first sale! I love all the products and the photos and descriptions are clean and professional looking. Chette has been so helpful all along the way. I plan to do most of my business with Trendsi. I wanted to update my review to mention Angelo and the awesome work they've done to help me. I was having issues with some of the settings in my account for awhile and they were able to correct the issue for me. I really appreciate the amazing customer service Trendsi has.
