Lorie was very helpful in clarifying Trendsi policy. I love the app and the items.Great quality but the return window is really short compare to the online fashion market wish it was for more longer days since it takes people time to decide to stay with an item or not.

I placed an order for my customer on 4/1/23 along with several additional orders of the sale Sling bag. Checked a few days later to see that it was delayed. I got worried and reached and was assured that they were processing and received tracking for all three orders. I check again today 4/10, for an update to send customers and see the later shipments were processed and the first still stating processing. I reached out to customer service again and after a long wait was told that the order failed inspection twice, so they canceled it. I received no notification, but they say they sent it. I sent a screenshot of all Trendsi emails. They did not help by giving expedited shipping to help my boutique reputation, just said to reorder or issue your customer a refund. I will be removing all items that have to be shipped from overseas from my website to assure my boutiques reputation of quality products and prompt shipping.

Nice app overall, easy to use, customer support is great, I had an issue I used the chat support and Lee helped me resolve it fast.

Lee "Lhirose" was very helpful with answering every question. She was also very patient in finding the answer and guiding us to where we can find it.

I highly recommend this dropshipping app/company! First, the customer service is nice, professional, fast, and efficient. I just worked with Allan and it was a great experience! Within seconds he had my answer. Also, the products this company offers are so very nice, with a great variety to choose from! The ease of getting these products in my store is also a wonderful experience ... and it's fast! And finally, knowing I never have to track inventory is an amazing thing! I had questions about Trendsi before moving forward. I contacted support and spoke with Ramart who was very patient and professional. He explained the process very clearly. On a seperate occasion I was experiencing difficulty connecting the Trendsi app to my Shopify store. I contacted support and spoke with Gretle who was very helpful. She walked me through the process, and helped me figure out that I needed to uninstall the app then re-install it. Now it works and I am very happy. Gretle was really amazing and very knowledgeable. I appreciate all the Trendsi support. Great customer service A+++
