Shipping is pretty quick for items stocked in the US. WL items are hit or miss. Returns policy is good. 5 stars to Czarina. Efficient, understanding and helpful!

We recently added Trendsi to our store. We noticed right way it was easy to navigate, manage, add or remove items as needed. We just got our first order and the fulfillment process was very smooth. One of the variants wasn't in stock and we contacted Trendsi support via chat. Mary responded very promptly and answered all our questions. She was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. That experience was certainly reassuring that we made the right choice with Trensi. Thank you, Mary! We had to contact Trensi again with some questions about how to handle items that were out of stock at the time the order was placed. Gretle answered them and was very helpful. It was just another nice experience working with Trensi.
