I will say that Trendsi's customer service is one of the best. I've worked with Chette several times and have only received the most professional, sincere and a great attitude with wanting to get your concerns resolved.

Gretel was quick and prompt helping me with my questions about fulfilling orders from trendsi. It threw me for a loop when clients couldn't check out with trendsi products..... I realized trendsi makes your default address their location for fulfillment. In doing so, you need to create a new shipping rate for your default address even though the items technically are not shipping from there. This totally solved my problem and clients were able to check out. Thanks! Problem solved

Really great company and customer service team. Had an issue today where a customer didn't receive an item they purchased. Although the team confirmed it was sent, they wanted to right by my customer. They issued a refund and I reordered the item. Great customer service will always win in my book. I had a question about my Shopify website pages/navigation organization and how to add Trendsi's created collections via individual web pages/tabs without the Trendsi name showing on my site. I had the pleasure of emailing with Lee from Tendsi's Support Team who was exceptional at the task of explaining to me what I needed from the Shopify side and helped me to clearly understand how to obtain the desired changes/additions to my existing online Shopify store. When I thought my investment was a Sunk Cost and wasted, Lee took the extra time to help me understand that that was not the case and that I could get the desired web navigation via Shopify's Support Team; that this could be done without negative configuration impacts when making future attempts to add new merchandise from Trendsi, and with only showing my Store Name. Thank you again, Lee!
