I am new to Trendsi I was impressed by the amount of 5 stars and how low the 1 stars were. I am now really new to fashion websites I have built 3 shopify sites and 2 Wix sites. I have really researched an used many apps like Brands Gateway, My online fashion store, Buy2Bee, Tasha apparel, Graffati and many more. I had a 40 minute exchange with a Trendsi support guy named Allan. Since I am new to Trendsi Allan broke me in by answering every one of my questions professional and quickly. I expect as I go along using Trendsi I will always be this satisfied. Thank you Allan and Trendsi.

Customer service chat with Angelo was great! I couldn't figure out why my items were not downloading all a sudden. He helped me out.

We have used Trendsi for along time and this a game changer for US dropshipping. They do a great job of making it as easy for retailers as possible. Great selection, fast shipping, great pricing, excellent community support to help your business grow, and great service when you have a problem. I have had Lee and Lorie help me many times and they have always been courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. Many name brand boutique brands available as well as whitelabel. Of all the whitelabel suppliers we use, they do the most to ensure good quality and accuracy of products and updated availability/inventory count of product. Shipping is the fastest of any of my overseas suppliers, and lightning fast if you are selecting from the drops they bring into their massive warehouse. Excellent product photos, good descriptions, easy imports to your store, and even able to supply brick-and-mortars if that is your thing.

Gretle and Mary responded within minutes of my email inquiry regarding an order and shipment date. They were very pleasant in emails.

I am new to the app, but it has been easy to set up. When I had a question at 10:30pm I was shocked that I received an immediate response from a live person to assist. I will update you when I get a sale to let you know how the sales and shipping process went.

I had a shipping/order processing question today and was chatting with Raymart, who was very helpful and very courteous. After using various vendors and Shopify apps since starting my Shopify journey, I have always been satisfied with the customer support I have received from Trendsi. Especially today withRaymart!

Had trouble logging into my new account and Chatted with Customer Service rep Gretle along with Raymart! Both were very helpful and Raymart suggested I log in with my phone number which worked. Sometimes it just takes great people who are patient to help you think of simple things or different avenues that you don't know. I appreciate them both and so excited to dive back in and start using their services again!
