I had issues with the collection not being updated to what I had defined in Shopify, but after chatting with Gretle, she assured me that the bug was resolved and there is like a sync time before all is updated. Gretle was fast to provide an answer to my question, and the level of customer service she provided as EXCELLENT! I highly recommend Trendsi because of their customer service, and they also have nice product.

I LOVE Trendsi, I am new in this world of online store, fashion and dropshipping and they provide you with so many tools, marketing, media, prices are awesom everyone is friendly. I love TRENDSY! Their selection has been smaller then other wholesale platform but it's growing. they offer amazing customer service, I've also seen them in person at Magic. Shipping is pretty fast with them as well. I gave them feedback a while ago asking for video's of the products along with the photo's they take. For all boutique owners or start ups boutiques who dropship some or all their products. having videos for customers to see, helps a lot!!!!!

Excellent customer service. Raymart quickly resolved my issue via chat which was fast and easy to use. Very happy with the Trendsi platform/app.

I had an issue with adding product. Trendsi said i needed to add the app however shopify said app was already installed. Karen helped me resolve this issue within seconds it felt like. 10/10 for customer service.

I love Trendsi because they make it possible to have a fashion store if you don't have the means to buy your products up front. Trendsi products are nice, and I would recommend you try it. Drop shipping is an alternative and it is fun adding products to my store. Lori was extremely helpful in answering my questions that were important.

Normally I would give you a 5 star rating. Your customer service team is normally spot on BUT...Lorie was a bit rude this morning . Since we communicate thru messaging it might help if she read her words prior to hitting her send button. I felt that she was a bit abrupt with me this morning. I needed to check on a replacement item for a customer of mine - I was nice and polite. She left me feeling like I was doing something wrong. I was not - I was just providing customer service for my own customer. Thank you for listening.
