I've had to use Trendsi support chat 2 times within the past week, both times were effortless and Issues were resolved in a timely manner. Anya specifically was a lot of help, replied quickly and she was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this app. The products are beautiful, simple to integrate with your store, and any issues you face you have an entire support team that is extremely knowledgeable and you can never hesitate to reach out to them and save a lot of time instead of trying to figure it out for yourself.

7/11/23 Updated Review.... Almost a month since my previous review. Finding much more confidence in everything, I just have to say how grateful I am for Trendsi. As always, customer support ready to answer every question I have (thank you Gretle) and in addition to that, they have set everything up flawlessly for our stores. I recently tried out the Trendsi fashion app and I must say, it's a good one! What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. I had the pleasure of interacting with Gretle, who went above and beyond to assist me. Her help made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend giving Trendsi a try!

The Trendsi app works flawlessy with my Shopify store, which makes everything so much easier. Especially if you are new to ecommerce and feel a bit overwhelmed by the task ahead. Any questions i`ve had along the way has been answered and followed up by their excellent customer service. I`ve so far spoken to Lee and Karen, and they have helped me out tremendously. Also if you have a question they answer you and help you out immediately which is very reassuring to know. Edit: July 10th 2023. I have now had my shopify store for 1,5 years, and Trendsi has been with me all the way. I will say it again, their customer service and support is second to none. No matter what the issue has been, Trendsi has always helped me out. Today I will like to give a shout out to Mia who helped me out recently. I did dropship with Aliexpress before this. but when I see Trendsi world changed for me. so friendly and easy to use platform with perfect support services. I had some questions about my setting in Trendsi and Lorie solve all of my problems within 5 mins with cleared explanation. recommend them 100%

Probably will be leaving Trendsi. This is a dropshipping company using dropshipping to receive their items and with this process I can't give my customers what I promise. I take pride in servicing my customers in the time I promised them and Trendsi can't do this for my company. Also, there is little diversity with their models. One African American model, One Asian model, haven't seen any Latina models and a host of caucasian models. This is very difficult to allow my customers to know who I am and who I represent. I love diversity and would rather a company that takes pride in it as well. Trendsi does not. I emailed them regarding this and their response was their models are in rotation. Makes zero sense. I do love their merchandise but their shipping and diversity issues out-weighs everything else. I truly hope they fix these issues.

My interaction with Trendsi's customer support was exceptional, specifically with a representative named Czarina, who was diligent, patient, and extremely helpful. I had an issue with a package that hadn't arrived on time due to an incorrect address and shipping confusion. Despite the complexity of the situation, Czarina was able to navigate it with professionalism and grace. The communication was clear and timely, with Czarina taking the time to understand the issue and providing me with accurate information regarding the status of my package. She guided me through the steps to resolve the issue, even going so far as to recommend contacting USPS directly for the most up-to-date information on the package. When the issue of overnight shipping arose, she was forthcoming about the policy, and went out of her way to clarify the terms and conditions associated with overseas orders. I found this transparency refreshing and it enhanced my trust in Trendsi as a company. Moreover, when it was found that there was indeed a mistake on their part, Czarina promptly offered a refund and store credit, showcasing the company's dedication to customer satisfaction. This willingness to acknowledge and correct errors is a testament to Trendsi's commitment to quality service. I'd like to extend my gratitude towards Czarina, who turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive customer service experience. Her empathy, politeness, and proactive problem-solving approach were commendable, and I'm more than happy to leave this positive feedback. Overall, I highly recommend Trendsi not only for their excellent products but also for their outstanding customer service. Trendsi is a good platform for fashion dropshipping. Even a fresher like me also able to do my job smoothly because of their customer support. especially the person named "Mia" helped me a lot on my concern.

I was very happy with trendsi at first, I am a men's clothing and jewelry storeowner, and loved their selection (although pretty small) up until all of a sudden they removed their ENTIRE men's selection. I am really hoping they add them back as I already have made ads and have used many of their products in my store.

I do not recommend. There is no one to call for assistance. Material is cheap, sizing is horrible. I had to pay $22 to return. Majority of models are Caucasian. With plus size having only one African American model. Shipping is very long, it takes over 10 days to receive. I am writing this so that others are aware of all of the hurdles you will be forced to overcome with an intent to land sales. Not worth your time. Let me add that I am having to pay $26 to restock horrible quality clothing and sizes that are not at all to scale. This $26 is in addition to the $22 for shipping it back. Total rip-off. This is how they make their money.
