I recently started ramping up my women's e-commerce site, Lauxiva, and have had a few issues which I have had to try and contact the company I use to source my products from. Most of them have been less than desirable, but when a customer emailed me saying he had gotten the wrong size and it needed to be changed, I was concerned it would be a huge hassle to get it changed. HOWEVER, when I pulled up the customer support chat and got connect to Raymart, he was astronomically helpful and got the size of my customer's order in literally a matter of minutes!! I was, honestly, blown away by how GREAT their customer service was, especially as compared to some other companies I've worked with trying to get things resolved! Thanks Raymart and Trendsi, i will definitely be adding more products to my store from Trendsi!

I received help today from Harold. I gave him a list of order numbers and he was able to pinpoint and answer all of my questions. It only took a few minutes for him to put me at ease about my concerns. Great company. Great service. The shipping is a little longer since some are overseas, but all in all, the quality of everything is top notch.

I was facing an issue with connecting my Shopify store to Trendsi. I contacted the support team & they were quick to respond & helped me resolved this issue. Anya was very helpful, she helped setup my store & guided me through, until I had successfully connected my store to Trendsi.

I will say Joel in Customer Service Chat was Amazing! He was super helpful with all of my 500 questions and walked me through how to get my TikTok set up and also how to get my shopify shipping updated. He was amazing and stayed with me the entire time with no long waits between!

So many complaints. Using this vendor for dropshipping has been a complete headache from day one and I haven't officially launched but Trendsi has proven not to be able to handle large order quantities. There is no merchant support at all for shipping, delays, refunds, credits, nothing. They don't notify you when part of the order didn't ship. If you don't check each order one by one then prepare to get a large amount of emails from upset customers asking "where is the rest of my order?" I don't even have 100 orders and have had to process 5-6 refunds and offer credits and coupons because Trendsi has lost packages or simply not shipped out product. This vendor is a liability to building a successful brand and now I'm trying to source all products in my store elsewhere. I'm losing money using Trendsi and they are not a trusty source for dropshipping. BEWARE

I like the diverse selection at Trendsi, catering to various body types. However, it’s worth noting that the drop ship prices are almost double the wholesale prices, which impacts profit margins. While learning to manage my Shopify store, I received limited guidance from Trendsi, requiring a steep learning curve. I believe more support would be invaluable. It’s my suggestion that the items could be more competitively priced, and the white label opportunity should be accessible to a broader audience. Overall, a promising platform with room for improvement in pricing and support.

I had issues with my website and adding items to my store but thanks to Angelo he was right on top of it and helped me get it situated right away. He was on top of it instantly and got everything working for me and timely manner!

I've just started dropshipping for my business, and Trendsi has a great clothing selection to choose from. One of my customers orders was missing an item and Chette helped resolve the issue by processing a refund. No silly photos of the packaging or items received, no contacting the supplier for a response, just a very clear process to refund the missing item. January 13th, 2024 I has been a great year with Trendsi! I spoke today to Harold about adding products to TikTok Shop. He let me know which items to add and the shipping, which was a concern for me. I'm very excited about the future with this company and hope together we can become a great success! Thanks Trendsi/Harold! I have come across this app in my journey to find suitable manufacturers. I got a welcome email almost immediately. I ended up having difficulty getting the products to add to my store. I reached out to Customer Service and spoke to Mia. She was excellent in helping me figure out my issue and get it resolved. I'm grateful that she was there. I am now free to add things, and hope it takes my store to the next level! Let's Go Trendsi!!!
