Best customer service ever. Everything I had a problem with they were quick to resolve. They're always the best when it comes to questions about shipping, product information, order statuses, etc etc......... The whole team is phenomenal but Chette is one of my favorites regarding customer service. She's sweet, handled all my problems, and I highly recommend her if you have any questions that need to be resolved quickly.

My Partner and I are working on doing dropshipping, but we've face numerous technical challenges. The app so far is amazing and Anya and Mary they r from the customer service team and they r really amazing and responsive and helpful and available all the time hope trendsi will remain the same for great success in the future

Trendsi has an amazing and superb customer support base. a very short time with Anya and she answered all my questions with regards to return and refund policy. Her response were instant and very much helpul. She seems to have a working knowledge of Trendsi.

2/13/24: Hi, I had an issue with products not syncing up properly in my store and Dave was so patient in helping me out, and fixed it. It took a lot of back and forth email exchanges in real-time while we were troubleshooting it. He was able to give me precise directions and finally fixed it for me, thank goodness for that!! Thank you so much Dave!! Hi, I'm new to Trendsi. So far, my experience has been great because the staff Allan guided me through the entire process for onboarding, he was very patient, explaining each step along the way, and with screenshots as well. At no point did he show any impatience or anything like that. I just hope I can have everything set up and working properly, within the next one week.

Mary was amazing helping me connect my shop back and getting everything working correctly. Great WORK!!

What amazing customer service! I lost my connection and the next person read the past conversation and helped me get our shipping set up as customer's were not able to check out! Everything about this service has been so simple and easy to use and the products are good we ordered a few to take pictures of and test out quality!
