It is very easy to use and is like they though in all aspects you may need to manage your business. Thanks to Chette and the other customer service team, I have had a fast and clear answers to all my needs and questions.

I have been setting up and building out my Trendsi store for a few months now. It has been an easy process, as far as starting an online retail store goes. But the thing that's helped even more is the customer service team at Trendsi. Harold is a representative that has helped me numerous times and gotten me from a state of confusion to feeling empowered. His insight and depth of knowledge helped me move forward and continue to build my store. Highly recommend this platform and the people who work within! Thanks Harold!

Gretle is awesome. Great help in answering all my questions, and helped me with the onboarding process. They are great and quick to respond. I don't have much else to say right now as I just signed up, but very easy to use and set up :). I'm excited to start :) Status Update: Still extremely happy with Trendsi. They are super helpful and really are 24/7 as I've asked questions late at night too :). It's easy to process orders and pretty much everything is done on their side, which makes it super helpful when dealing with Shopify. Joel and Harold were great and offered great tips for me to get more sales, for which I am going to take them up on it :). Thanks for all the assistance, guys! I appreciate it so much :).

I just started out working with shopify and Trendsi doing dropshipping and building my website. I have a lot of knowledge when it comes to doing business and being in retail but we all want to make sure that we are doing things correctly and are following the guidelines for both parties. Lorie was an amazing help when I used the 24/7 chat feature, and gave me not only the reassurance that I needed but also a ton of additional tips and features to look into. She was such an amazing help to me in making my e-commerce business and website even better, plus create an even smoother process for me and my clients. This review is based solely on the customer service I experienced with Joel. As a new store owner, this was my first time experiencing an out-of-stock order and he clarified everything for me. Although, I'm disappointed with the out-of-stock item, as I'm sure my customer will be as well, he did at least get me on the right track. Thank you!
