I love Trendsi. It is so easy to navigate and integrates with my Shopify so easily! I have used their chat feature and their customer service is top notch!

I love this app cause the variety and prices are very affordable. I reached out cause this is my first time setting up this type of site and Lorie was a huge help. She answered all my questions and helped me feel more confident in my new venture. Thanks Lorie. Only thing I will say is I wish the order process was different but its as seamless as can be for the setup.

I needed assistance with uploading and understanding the seller's permit process. I chatted with an agent via the website. His name was Angelo. He was very helpful. I uploaded a document and he was able to review and approve it for me. He answered all of my questions and was very patient with me.

I have tried different Dropshipping Apps. Trendsi is the one I enjoy the most. It's easy to sync with Shopify.I love the way it is set up and how easy it is to look for products and send them to the store. Customer support is great. No matter who you talk to, they are always friendly and very helpful. Chette, Dave and Angel were very helpful today with a technical issue I had with my store that affected the syncing of my products with all my 3rd party apps. If I had to choose between all my apps, I would stay with this one ✨

I am truly excited about having my own store! I was instructed to upload business documents in order to obtain samples, however initially the documents were declined. I expressed my concern and explained my business. Dave reached out immediately to inform me the documents were blurry and to resubmit them. I submitted them 2 am in the morning the next day. I replied to Dave that they were submitted. I received a reply from Raymart within 30 minutes that the documents were received and approved! I was ecstatic!!! The customer service is impeccable. I recommend Trendsi/Shopify for all your online store needs. Thank you Dave and Raymart for your stupendous customer service!
