Its been wonderful working with Trendsi for our shopify store. Great customer services support like Maria (she's amazing). The products are great and the support from the team at Trendsi really have made our first time at opening my own business feel worth it.

Overall, I can confidently say that Trendsi has been a game-changer for my dropshipping business. So far the only issue I've had is with shipping times! Takes a while for them to move from processing to shipped so please be aware you're going to have a 3-4 day processing time in addition to your shipping time. Especially for overseas items.

I definitely recommend this app. Their customer service is top tier. I spoke with Gretle tonight and oh my God was she amazing! She was a God sent from heaven. She answered all my questions and guided me every step of the way, she even assisted me with things that wasn't required. If I could give a hundred stars I would and it's all thanks to Gretle. I definitely recommend using Trendsi and if you so happen to need support, I hope you speak with Gretle. P.s just don't give her a hard time lol a little kindness goes a long way! I had a few questions and Maria helped me out a lot. I only gave 3 stars on the app only because the label process isn't ready so I can't select or brand products I'd like to sell. So, I can't rate the quality or performance of the app. The customer service was great though, 5 stars.

Trendsi is simply the best fashion Shopify app by far. They a team of professionals who are synchronized in harmony together. Trendsi has the best customer support amongst Shopify apps I have had.
