Great company and excellent customer service and quick responses gives them 5 stars for me.

So far my experience has been great-- I am brand new to all of this, and Trendsi has been by far the easiest integration with my Shopify store. Czar was super helpful (and patient and knowledgeable) when I needed to reach out to support in the chat! I had a million questions, and she was able to respond quickly and actually answer what I was asking in simple terms that I was able to understand. Awesome/definitely recommend!

Allan was so helpful this morning. I appreciate him immensely for making opening my shop an easy transition. Incredible customer service!! Thanks Allan!

Fantastic Customer Service I recently contacted Customer Service by chat and was connected with Lorie, who was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions with patience and truly seemed to want to help. I contacted support again since I am new to this I had questions and Mary was able to help me understand the process. She was very helpful and polite. Thank you Mary! Third time is a charm when I contacted support with a question on a recent order and was able to connect with Gretle who was extremely helpful. They were super nice and I felt they were truly concerned about my customers order and wanted to help, After a brief hold Gretle was back in the chat with me to update me on the status of the order. BY FAR the best dropshipping experience on the web. Trendsi not only has fantastic product imaging, a consistent drop schedule and personalized branded packaging, but their support team is amazing. I interact regularly with their support people and they are always quick, kind and extremely helpful which is not the case with most retailers! Special kudos to Dave for always answering my odd and specific questions SO QUICKLY so I can get back to selling! Love Trendsi!

I was having some issues today with my TikTok Shop. Being pretty new to ecomm, I jumped the gun a bit and thought, since Trensdi has been amazing integrating into my Shopify store that everything would integrate the same with my TT Shop. I quickly learned after an order was placed that wasn't so much the case. I hit the chat button in a panic thinking I wouldn't get a response; Being after business hours. Maria quickly picked up the chat. She was such a breath of fresh air, helping me understand better and walking me through what I needed to do on my TT Shop. She also sent me some pointers on what to do when I get orders through there instead of my Shopify site. She truly saved my day. Kudos to Maria!!!

Have had this app for about 4 months now and so far I love it. I had just a general question about one of my orders and the chat box made getting the answer very easy. Mia helped me, she responded within seconds and was very friendly and helpful!

We have been using Trendsi since around February 2023 -- The customer service is absolutely amazing!!! Integration and editing is so easy -- it's the best way to offer dropshipping! The product quality is great and our customers are happy with the shipping times. Our customers also love that we are able to offer HUNDREDS of more options for reasonable prices. Customer service rep Gretle was such a great help to us when we needed it!! 10/10 definitely satisfied with her customer service, knowledge, and willingness to help resolve our issue.

I just started a dropshipping store and I needed some assistance with general questions regarding trendsi return policy and procedure. I just wanted to be familiar with the process in case i needed to process a return in the future. Gretle was incredible! very knowledgeable, her guidance has helped me tremendously.
