I am still feeling Trendsi out overall. Customer service is good overall. Charles was super helpful. I interacted with another agent, Harold last week and he wasnt the most helpful. Will update my review after more experience with the company.

6/30-I would like to express my thanks on this occassion to Harold. He was to patient and kind in helping set up TTS. Kudos to Trendsi for having him on the team. Raymart helped clarify all my questions. He was very thorough and patient. I love this app for my business, always quick to respond to questions, with an extensive product selection, and lower prices. It is well put together. All the images and sizes have been organized, unlike other apps that provide one image and sizes are all over the place. Best of all FREE! Highly recommend!!! Wish I would have found it sooner. Thanks, Raymart and Trendsi. Update 3/31/23: Ms. Chette, Mr. Angelo, Ms. Mia, Ms. Mary, Ms. Lee and truly the entire team as a whole are always so willing to help and answer any questions. They go above and beyond in customer service! Thank you, Trendsi.

Awesome Store! High quality products

I am a new online boutique owner (through Shopify) and just had my first customer/order! I dropship my orders at the moment and I had some concerns about shipping delays/processing times since my customer ordered items that all originated from overseas. I used TRENDSI's 24/7 customer service chat and Harold was extremely patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions and provided extra clarification with no problems. Ultimately, I was able to get the answers I needed and the interaction restored my comfortability with using TRENDSI. I do hope that in the future that you will be able to pay extra to expedite Shopify/dropshipping orders. Currently, you can only expedite shipping for samples. However, having 24/7 customer service and being able to speak to an actual rep is amazing! Thank you TRENDSI & Harold for all your help with my first order! ✨

Today I made my first sale. I was extremely excited. I discovered that my account wasn’t completely set up. I emailed customer support at 2:00am and within 3 minutes I received an email from RayMart. He was the best! He was so patient with me. He was so knowledgeable of the process. I have never engaged in such customer service in my life. Wow I am completely blown away. I can tell he has been trained with customer etiquette. If only we can get more customer service like RayMart displayed. What an amazing experience!

I am a new user of the app, but it has been great so far. Customer service is wonderful. Lee, Anya, Chette, Charles, and Dave are the customer service reps who've helped me, and they were all Awesome! Very helpful and patient (I ask a lot of questions because I am a new seller). The items on the site are really nice and I love that some of them have videos so you can see what they look like even better. Shipping has been fast so far as well. The only thing that's irritating is that items will sell out and/or become unavailable very often, so I can put something in the shop one day, then the next it will sell out, then two days later it'll restock. Or I can put something in the shop that has plenty of inventory, then a few days later it's no longer available on the site. That's a bit stressful, especially when you're getting orders on that item. I guess it comes with the territory. Overall, I like Trendsi so far though.

I had a general question and Harold was very knowledgeable and had the answer right away.

There is a wide selection of merchandise to choose from and no cost to test a product online! So appreciate this option.

I like the app as they have several different options to choose from, the process to migrate the data to the website its simple and fast.

I'm new to trendsi and shopify platforms so trying to figure out the quirks.. I have not sampled any of the clothing yet or tested the ship time.. I did test the order from my site and cancellation.. I needed assistance with releasing the funds from Shopify which Harold was very helpful with! Thanks so much!

Harold was so fast in responding to my email for a sizing change for my customer's order. I am going on vacation today and was so pleased to handle this within minutes!

Beyond the sheer selection they offer, the Customer Service and Support is top-notch. Available 24/7, and always quick to help ... whether it's helping with order status with Lorie or wrangling technical issues with Dave. 10 out of 10.

Trendsi is the best I have ever experienced. I have no complaints. Whenever I need help for my shopify or trendsi, they are always available. Today, I was helped by Raymart, the best agent! I had a couple of questions regarding my store and he understood completely what I needed in a timely manner. Thank you.

I love this app. The apparel is top notch. great customer service, and shipping doesn't take too long to reach my customers. My customers boasts to me about how great the quality of the apparel is. i highly recommend this app for women's fashionable clothing.
