Ich benutze die App, um meinen Shop von Englisch auf Deutsch zu übersetzen. Ich hatte damals nur 5min gebraucht um es aufzusetzen, es funktioniert automatisch. Dann hatte ich viele Änderungen vorgenommen und brauchte eine mehr custom Lösung der implementation, einmal mobil und einmal auf dem Desktop. Bei beidem hat mir der Support super weitergeholfen, jetzt sieht es top aus. Ich hoffe ihr macht auch so gute Erfahrungen, ich bin sehr zufrieden!

A fantastic support team that is on hand to help with any equity instantly. Works better than Shopify's native app which is in its infancy.

The 14 days free trial are very interesting.. The app is very helpful and practical in translation and at the same time currency...Everything is automatically translated in a second...even each buttons...I like it...no need to hire a expert translator.

I just installed the Transcy app with a 14 day trial. I have had a great experience, customer service was there as soon as I installed-LIVE and assisted with all of my newbie questions. I have been searching for an app for awhile and tried a few for free and very disappointed. The translations are accurate but I will have to correct a few words-totally expected. Overall great!!! The currency was easy too. This is the perfect app for Canadians who need French for their website to comply with bill 96. (French language law includes ecommerce sites selling into Quebec, which is the 2nd most populated Provence in Canada) Mirene and Tee were awesome support techs who helped me with all of my concerns and questions. The onboarding experience was the best! I wish I knew about this app sooner!!! 40ish year old Shopify store owner-R

客服人员非常负责，回复高效。 有两个建议：1：图片像g-translate一样实现翻译 2：产品文案自动翻译，不用每次更新文案，都要手动去点翻译。这样每个店铺好几个语言，耗费时间长。因为每个语言的反应也有点慢。
