The application easily and quickly translates texts into other languages, except for minor inaccuracies. In case of any problem, the application support responds very quickly.

so useful app for multi language app Transcy. And thanks to the support team to helping me out from some issues.

I had a bug where the user's selected language was not persistent as the user navigated throughout the site. After reaching out to Transcy support, Tee (my support contact) was able to fix the issue within a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate the attention to and timely responses, thank you!!

actually, i used many apps to translate my languages and currency in an easy way for customers finally I found this excellent app which is very good translator and has an epic staff

This app came in handy to help me translate the text on my dynamic apps, as well as on my other content, thumbs up! The support is top notch as well.

While the app itself is still growing and lacks some features in order to reach its full potential, the amazing support makes up for it - they will go over borders and barriers to ensure you end up with what you want. If you are still not convinced with Transcy (maybe they lack 1 important feature, etc) my suggestion is to talk to them, because they may be able to do it.

außer einige Schönheit Fehler, ok. Die Übersetzung schlägt fehl bei größere Texte, die Geo Location sollte nicht nur den Standort sondern auch die Lieferadresse berücksichtigen, weil sonst falsche Versandkonditionen benutzt werden, am besten sollte der Kunde wählen können vor den Check Out.

This is a second review. I had trouble with multiple languages on the same site. They spent quite a bit of time to debug the issue. Their support is top-class.

Great app! Currency and language all in one solution. Love the fact that it changes language based on where the customer is located. Support is always there to help and replies are speedy! Will definitely recommend this app 05/10/2022 - Transcy recently had an update which resulted in some of my currencies showing 3 decimals. I have contacted support and got the following reply " Sorry this cannot be changed" For this reason we're forced to look for a different app. I'm rather disappointed that something as simple as decimals cannot be rectified. This issue provokes my customers and scares them away.  Transcy is a great app, the support team is always quick to answer, but if your business is world wide, best to look for an app that has only 2 decimals for pricing.

Really cool app, very efficient. There are some features which could be improved, such as bulk translation per content for all languages. But most important is the 24/7 service team if you have a question they are very kind and quick in solving your questions!.

Great app but even better support. They're quick to assist when you encounter an issue. Would recommend to any shop with a second language requirement.
