The product is, as described, excellent. Customer support is fantastic; they are 24 hours a day through live chat and can resolve any issues right away. They are even able to (when given permission) get control over your Shopify to make the necessary changes. I would only recommend making sure whenever you give someone access to your account, so make sure you know what will be done beforehand so that everything is clear for both parties. FIRST LEVEL SUPPORT from Annie!!. Just awsome fixing everything for me in just seconds. I switched from Weglot to Transcy. It would be very nice if you can add the feature to tag the customer based on choosen language :)

Ended up with the Premium plan, in order to make full use of image replacement for 5 languages. When I have had issues, the support team at OneCommerce/Trancy are impressively "on their toes" to support - I have never been let down and give my best 5-star rating for this!

Great tool and support! It´s very useful because I'm an amazon seller and have sales all around the world.

I am not very satisfied with the App, because it can only translate 1000 products, in our shop there are more than 13000. It means that the remaining products are not translated for the seo and other functions. On the other hand, the assistance is excellent. Kind and competent staff.
