Currently have a month experience using this app, so far so good. I am a quadrilingual speaker, so I can translate them pretty much everything by myself. Pros: - Their customer support is always online even on holiday (1/1/2021), which is very impressive. They fixed my difficult problem in just few hours (I was expecting couple days due to off business days). - Great interface! The most unique feature is that one single button can allow customer choose both languages and currency. Cons: - I wish their app and interface can load little bit faster haha. I am kind of impatient person. - Hopefully have more currency available. They are currently don't have NTD, which is for Taiwan. - Your website will be look nicer if you know a bit on HTML code to customize the font in their app. Otherwise, you can just use their default font style.

My experience with this application is good, the translations are correct and the visual environment of the application is intuitive and efficient. My overall rating is correct, good customer support, thank you very much Lisa for your kindness. A cordial greeting,

This app is a fraud. I took the starter plan with 100.000 words. It said that I could translate till 5 languages. After that, the translation was not completed due to excess of words. Everything okay till here. I decided to delete 3 languages that I considered less important and retry to complete the translation at least or the other 2. MY WORDS WERE STILL AT 0 !!! I contacted the "24/7 costumer service". NO RESPONSE AFTER A WHILE. I mentioned the situation to her expecting that as it LOGIC, I would get the rest of the words back since I paid for the plan and couldn't get completed my website translation. Jennifer's solution as a team of the costumer service of TRANSCY app, was about money. She wanted me to pay more by upgrading my plan or buying more words.. HELOOOO????? Is that what the customer service is for and the app about. I have reed thr reviews with 1 star and there's people who had even worst experiences with this app. Some of them even lost their pages. This app is completely not recommended.

Great app and even greater costumer service. You should choose this app because of all the help you get. I got all the help I needed and so can you.

I use this app for my new e-shop, and i think its runs ok, costumer support petey are very professional too quick support.

I used it in trial mode for a week. Good app. Their support is very effective. The app translated the first 2000 words on my site. Currency works fine.
